Can't stop ---- won't stop! Here is a desert modern minimalist build. It's intended for a single Sim (any gender) or a couple. This was built in the beautifully underrated Oasis Springs but can also serve as a getaway home in Salvadora. Earlier this month I added Blossomfarm Hill (download here) and Bristol Ave (download here) to the Ruby tier, so feel free to move up a tier to grab those, if you so wish!

40x30 lot

1 massive master suite (including en suite bathroom + walk-in closet)

2 half bathrooms (one on each floor so that your Sims don't pee themselves)

2 separate living room spaces

Natural waterfall in pool

Plenty of panoramic/scenic backyard views

Outdoor dining

Packs Used: Get Together, City Living, Jungle Adventure (needed for backyard waterfall) and Spa Day
