IX Landgraab Apartment (Patreon)

This is the first of three apartment builds set to release this month. The goal was to maintain my signature aesthetic while incorporating some warm and bright colors. I think that this apartment is unisex so it can fit Sim couples of all types! It's definitely not suitable for Sims with young children as currently designed. I'd recommend using a family that either has no children or has a teenager. Even if your Sim is already settled into another home, this would be a great "Air BnB" kind of loft for the role players and story tellers.

2 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms

Master suite includes walk in closet

Office Space

Kitchen includes: wine cellar, open bar and open laundry room

Not suitable for a family with young children as currently designed
