Nizuc Beach Club (Patreon)

Continuing my baecation series, this is part II of the Nizuc builds - a "beach club" that actually functions as a romantic, beachfront seafood restaurant in Sulani. Propose to your love here, host your pre-wedding rehearsal dinner or just getaway with some friends for some fresh shellfish and relaxation. Every aspect of this lot is both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional.

• 50x50 non-ocean lot in Sulani
• Fully functional seafood restaurant (with Dine Out)
• Sunken in seating with full service bar
• Multiple sun beds
• Romantic canopy dining space
• Indoor and outdoor restaurant seating options

Packs used: Get Together, Spa Day, Dine Out & Island Living
