"The Sophisticated" Apt. (Patreon)

This month has been crazy - crazier than I could've anticipated, so thank you all for your patience and grace. I promised a penthouse, but life happened and I'll instead make that my first project for April. I'll make it extra special. For now, enjoy this large designer apartment - xo

• 2 beds x 3 baths
• Home gym
• 1010 Alto Apartment lot
• Play tested & fully functional!
• Activate bb.moveobjects before placing
• Note: I've included some meshes from AggressiveKitty's Brutalism set because I needed to edit them in Sims 4 Studio to ensure that certain areas were functional. You will need my fixed versions in order to play in the apartment.
