Industrial District | TIER 3 (Patreon)

Today I want to show you the industrial district that I’ve been actively working on recently.

This place is the heart of production and energy for the entire world. Factories, pipelines, warehouses, and technical facilities form a dense, noisy environment where everything operates at full capacity. I tried to convey a sense of scale, heavy detailing, and constant motion, as if the district never sleeps.

The builds are filled with industrial elements: massive workshops, cranes, storage tanks, ventilation shafts, smokestacks, and complex pipe systems. The color palette is intentionally restrained and “dirty” — metal, concrete, rust, and soot emphasize the harsh character of this place.
