From now my aim is to consistently release these videos every week. Unlike other series' where I've completed all the editing first and then drip fed their release, with this Latvia series, I'm still very much in the process of cutting the videos together. Do I regret deciding to make an episode for every single day - perhaps, but I'm committed now, and will endeavour to get all 20 videos made!

You may regret making a separate video for each day, but the viewers don't. I'm sure it is very time consuming to edit these, but your efforts are appreciated.

I'm sure nobody would mind a few combined day videos.

I’ve been considering it. But I kind of like the neatness of each being separate. We’ll see

TBH, is 2 x 12 min videos for day 11 and 12 Vs 1 x 24 min video for a day 11 & 12 combo video any less work? I'm assuming probably not😂. Just need to learn to unicycle faster and do these in fewer days 😂😂

Awesome content yet again. I am like you, in that I would have been just as cautious with the mushroom & potato dinner they made. Glad it turned out well with those blokes! Cheers

Great video! And thanks for sharing the nature preserve — I loved seeing the squirrels. Also… that’s a Moose, right? Not an elk? If you have a chance to catch that before you upload to YouTube, it might save you more annoying comments like mine ;)

I like the day to day videos too — the morning and evening make for a nice, natural frame for the days story. Great storytelling as always, and I appreciate your commitment to getting all of the shots you do! I love seeing the little moments, like the shopping checkout, and evening the bike rack outside. Those little details really help me feel like I’ve been invited to join you on the trip.

A moose and elk is the same animal. Just called moose in America and elk in Europe^^

Daniel Burt

Thanks for the clarification! I didn’t know that they were called elk in the UK. Here in the US they are very different animals!

Yes, very good storytelling which gives a real sense of following along with your journey. You are one of the best at composition IMO. It must be all the practice/experience you have! 🙂
