So *Spoilers* for anyone that hasn't played V0.11 yet, stop reading now!

Since Sam had her dick created using nanomachines, should she be able to get rid of it at will? Or should it be a permanent feature? This will also decide some of the lore of the world too.Obviously if you play with futa content off, she'll never have  a dick.

Permanent is the only way to go. This is just my opinion, but when a character is designed, their look/personality shouldn’t be able to be changed based on the whims of a community. If you don’t like futa, you can play the game with that content turned off. If she was designed to be a futa, then I think that’s how she should stay.
