The biggest loser in this show is Xia Jingshi. Half of the plot happened because of him. He did all that for what? A throne he didn’t get to sit even for one day. Weiran is delusional till the end talking about next life. Why would the want to even meet a traitor like you in their next life? 🙄 I’m glad, he was killed by both of them. Jingyan was a horrible person, he had to die. About the princess I wouldn’t mind if they killed her instead of Suige brothers in arm who actually died protecting him. That’s how much i hated her. I couldn’t care less about her redemption arc.I hate siblings and best friends betrayal tropes.But i guess they couldn’t have Suige losing more closed one. Suige and Yixiao are a powerful couple. I never saw a drama where both lead were equal in both wits and martial arts. I saw somewhere people were debating who other couple leads that could go against those two. I still think no other couple stand a chance when it comes to fighting. Those two are elites. I still think this is the best character both the leads have ever played. Despite one of Chen Zheyuan drama that just ended, i still think Suige is the best. I give it a 9/10 it could have been higher but the princess annoyed me too much. I’m still a Xiyang hater till the end.😂😂😂
