(Quest Suggestions) SongsTress Quest Episode 45: She was lookin' to make a Deal... (Patreon)

The Story So Far...

"Woah, hey, hey, no need to be hasty here..." You laugh nervously as you find yourself backing up from what is, hypothetically, your own minion. "You want SongsTress merch, I can get you SongsTress merch! I can pay you in the stuff, right?"

The former Dancer, now 'Black Magic Collect', is still smiling at you as she steps closer. Y'know, like a shark. A shark that walks. Wow, that's a scary idea. "I don't know, diva. Can you do better than this...?"

She lazily points her finger at a chair in the pit in front of the stage. Black lightning shoots from the tip across the room, striking the chair dead on. There's a musical little 'pop' sound, and then suddenly there's a replica copy of your star-shades sitting on the floor instead.

Ah.

Raising an eyebrow, Collect flicks her finger wider, the black lightning sweeping across the entire line of chairs. Pop pop pop! A collection of your greatest hits (including Black Magic, oh that was quick), a poster of you singing on stage, and a key chain collection, with a little plush version of you accompanied by Fairy and Maid! Cute!

… Oh, you gave her merch-making powers. Oh wow, you gave her the ability to make more of the only stuff you could use to control her on demand. Haha, wow, uh, that's... That's cool...

"Ah, b-but... Ah..." You step back again as she comes closer. Oh boy. "But- But that's unofficial! Knock off merch! I'm the only one who can do the real thing!"

You're feeling a little under threat here, so you pour a bit more power into your voice than you usually do. It seems to work though, with Collect slowing a little, staring at you suspiciously. "Hm. You think so...?"

You nod frantically. "Oh yeah, I'm the only real deal. Can't trust a product without my quality seal!"

Yeah, your trusted quality seal that you just made up but is totally going on all of your products from now on. Can't be seen without tha-Gah!

Suddenly, Collect is right next to you, arm around your shoulders, the side of her chest pressing the side of yours. "Well then..." Her grin is still far too wide. "How about a sale? You've got a Serenity problem somewhere around here, and I could help... In exchange for a one of a kind super amazing collector's item!"

Her spiky shoulder pads are poking you. This girl is gunna be trouble, you just know it - but at least you're maybe getting somewhere with her? Although that might all depend on what you've got to offer her for this next part...
