Perfect timing, it’s 12.20 am here in the UK and I can’t sleep. Now I have this to watch with you. I can’t believe it’s the last one.

Bradam Reacts

We can't believe it either 😭 We hope you enjoy watching the finale with us though– it is certainly a special episode that wraps up a very special show. ❤️❤️

@baydreamer

Getting ready to bawl. I've watched part or all of this show almost daily since last fall and I cry at the lake scene every time. Wille's raw emotion when he asks "How can you just be over me?" crushes me. I know how the darn show ends and still, I cry! 😔

Ludy

"I'll shoot you if you break the 4th wall right now" 😂😂😂😂😂

Lisaaaaa

I remember watching this episode for the first time, ugh. The emotional whiplash was wild lol. I love their chemistry onscreen and love their close friendship off. They’ve really helped one another so much, and they’ve really grown up! 😭🥹

Pam R

Great reaction. This episode was so intense. When I first watched it I was so angry up until the end. I was like, why do this to us? The acting from them all was so amazing. First season Wille found love. Second season he found his spine and third season he found himself. August is going to get what he wants but we know, and I think he does too now, that it's a double edged sword. I loved the ending shots with all four in the car smiling.

Tara

The lake scene was improvised too! The dialogue between them wasn’t scripted. 🥺🥺🥺 That changes that whole scene for me 💔 (I’ll be back with more after I finish it, haha)

Ludy

When I watched this the first time, I barely breathed because I genuinely thought it would end up differently and I was panicked. Simon showed Wille that he is valuable as a person and not as a prince. Simon loved Wille just because he's Wille and I'm so happy they chose each other. The scene with August and Wille at the party makes me ugly cry every time. They're never going to be best friends, but their relationship can heal.

Enthrall-2024

Yet again there were tears - tears at the lake, and beautiful tears at the end. It was at last wilmon endgame. This is an iconic show that helped many with acceptance of themselves and of others. Young Royals Forever!

Chelsea

Such a great reaction guys! All of the cast and team were so awesome the whole show! When I rewatch it, one of the things that really stands out to me is how innocent Wille is the first part of season one. Simon too, but since his brother’s death the weight of being crown prince is so tangible on Wille, it really only leaves again right at the end. Brilliant acting and brilliant writing 🧡 Can’t wait to see all your other reactions, and someone probably mentioned this but the end of the documentary has a bit after the credits roll, so don’t turn it off right away :)

Dennis Verner

A really beautiful job guys. I can't say it enough, the writing in this series. So many things, Simon on the football field with a handful of turf echoing Wille on the same field and turf. Wille dumping the remains of the snow globe and shedding the ghost of his brother. And possibly the most impactful message of the whole series, that in order for Wille and Simon to be together, Erik had to die a second time. The only negative aspect of this beautiful series is that it has spoiled me and made me super critical of anything else.

@baydreamer

FYI: the lake scene convo was all improv. Just Wille and Simon vibing. And also, Omar's tears were real at the end. It was the last scene they filmed.

Michael

Terrific - there were many teary moments in this episode, but the one that really got to me was the reconciliation scene during the final party when August apologised to Wilhelm for everything. That really got to me. But the show's final scene in this episode was truly emotional with lots of happy tears, and as Adam said, this gay love story between Wilhelm and Simon is the best that I've ever seen in any film or show. Absolutely perfect and performed so well that it was so believable ..... almost as if they weren't acting!

Ludy

The August and Wille scene KILLS ME every time. Fully ugly cry.

Lauren

Did not expect a screenshot of my comment , thanks y'all! 😊 That scene with Wille's Song 😭 I loved that line/translation- " we were never what was wrong" ❤️❤️ sums up everything. There is seriously nothing like the relief when you see the last scene for the first time 😆 Simon and his damned perfectly timed tear! Wille looking at him, waiting; The MONTAGE. 😭 I watched and immediately had to go listen to that song again ( As Long As You're Here- Moyka) and just sat with my feelings. 🤣 It's probably one of the, if not the most satisfying series finale I've ever seen. Everything felt right.

AMARA

Loved this whole journey, tysm for this 😍☺️and I can’t wait for skam!

@baydreamer

PS: Just putting a plug in for Skam France Season 3 if you watch beyond the Skam OG. Lucas and Eliott are my favorite couple and one of their intimate moments is amazing. Here is a video about creating that scene. Watch the scene, then watch this video then re-watch the scene. You're welcome. 😉 https://youtu.be/V0UmiioNxTg?si=sAtEHnPsenpP8hkt

Olive

Watching the finale with you guys on the one year anniversary was so nastolgic. I'm so sad it's over! (But you're right, at least we have Edvin and Omar are posting together a ton right now). I've loved rewatching the series with you so so much and I cannot wait to see your reaction to the documentary and to tag along for your watch through of SKAM!

Tara

Back now that I’ve finished. You really can take a field trip to Hillerska! It’s actually called Kaggeholms Slott and they do guided tours as well as full day/overnight Young Royals experiences at “Hillerska”! I can’t go this year so I’m hoping they’ll still be around Summer 2026. I’ve loved EVERY second of watching this series with you, soooo sad it’s over. But excited to come along for Fellow Travelers and SKAM. 🫶🫶🫶

Ess Kay

you know how you said the story of Simon and Wille is one of the best ones out there, same way y’all’s reactions to the show one of the very best ones I have watched!! I can’t wait till you both watch the documentary and then I shall rewatch it all again lol!!

The Sarah E

on all the edvin/omar content happening this year, specifically edvin going on stage at omar’s concert: any other song of achilles lovers feel, “I could recognize him by touch alone, by smell; I would know him blind, by the way his breaths came and his feet struck the earth. I would know him in death, at the end of the world.” in that moment? 😩🥰🫠

AngelaTeacher

“They are finally freeee!!” Full body CHILLS. Not ashamed to admit I started crying from the moment August apologized to Wille straight thru to the joyous end. PERFECT ending 10/10. Still in awe of Lisa for all the parallels she snuck into this episode. We even saw Boris and Simon’s fish. I knew you guys would pick up on the symbolism of Wille ditching the broken frog Prince. (Did you notice that the Queen gave August a frog plushy at graduation??) The entire thing was like a love letter to every single character and living your truth. Not sure I’ve ever seen a better written finale. What a pleasure to watch with you guys! I hope the YR roller coaster and indigestion was worth it, if only to see our beloved main 4 finally together, free, and happy! I like to think that they drove as far as they possibly could and spent the summer together 🚙

AngelaTeacher

Agree 100%! Best written finale I’ve ever seen. And I listened to that song on repeat for weeks as I mourned the show & celebrated their freedom! I like to think they kept driving as far as they could go and spent the summer together 🚙 😌

AngelaTeacher

Also speaking of breaking the 4th wall….Wille’s look there at the end is the only one in the entire series where he’s actually smiling and at peace. I’ll go back to my corner and cry now 😭

Samuel B

I am not emotionally stable enough to handle both the finale of young royals AND a song of Achilles reference ok 😂😭

Olive

Also! Since youre planning on watching SKAM (I'm assuming SKAM Norway since it's the original) I'd personally reccomend watching all seasons and not just Season 3. They are fairly stand alone, and season 3 is the one that focuses on a character who is gay. But thre is a bit of a learning curve when getting into the show. It's done in a very interesting fly on the wall sort of way. And each season is done from a different persons perspective. To the extent that the atmosphere and characters present slightly differently between seasons bc we're viewing them from a new person perspective. Again, each season is pretty much a stand alone story, so you can just watch season 3 if thats what you want to do. But the other seasons do add a lot to the show and would help set you up for season 3 imo. So I wanted to just voice that incase you werent sure how you were going to watch it just yet! :)

The Sarah E

my sincerest apologies 🙃

Frances

When you watch the YR documentary: Let the credits roll in the end a little bit 😉😉😉

Helen Wilson

Omg guys I'm sobbing 😭 I enjoyed watching it with yous as much as I did watching it on my own. I loved yous thought Willie throwing the broken frog into the trash as symbolic I had hope but then the goodbye speech I was sobbing I'd lost hope, I screamed at the tv run after him Willie 😢. Never has a program gotten to me like YR it uses up all your emotions and ones you didn't even know you possessed.. Omg that ending I cry everytime i it I've lost count. You wouldn't think that was Omars first acting job he's so good and Edvin only 22 he's such a fabulous actor already. Funfact the lake scene wasn't scripted Edvin just started talking then Omar went along with it and it's just perfect . Thanku guys for watching this amazing programme it's been amazing to see both your reactions and I look forward to your reaction of behind the scenes, and plz check out Omars music he's just unbelievable, he wasn't my taste but thru watching YR im now hooked ❤️❤️

Helen Wilson

Ps, Omar and Edvins chemistry is thru the roof they did work with an intimacy coordinator but if you see them off camera it's clear they get on so well as friends. The fans actually thought they were dating at one point but sadly they're just rly great friends 🧡

Frida

Thank you so much for watching this with me! I loved your reactions ❤️ Finally I can share this with someone as invested as me. I started sobbing even during the intro for this episode 😭 It is so emotional. Looking forward to the Forever documentary. It is a gem.

Karoliina

I have nothing to add to the beautiful comments before mine. I just want to thank you one more time for sharing this journey with us. Edvin has a show and a movie coming out this spring and Omar is in LA right now, writing and recording new music after his awesome spring tour. They are also business owners together, they have a company called OMR Beauty and so far they've been launching several perfumes. So, their relationship goes beyond this show and is hopefully for life. Such talented young men, both blessed with a great personality, kind soul and beautiful heart. They are those kinds of celebrities who deserve all the success and happiness, because they are good people. See you Bradley and Adam with whatever you may pick next. 💜💜

Frida

I am gonna watch this Series again with you guys. For sure. And I am happy you have chosen SKAM as your next adventure. It is definately one of my favorites.

Ellie

Thank you soo much for these wonderful & beautiful reactions, it’s been an ABSOLUTE JOY to be in journey with you both🙌🙌🫶😍! You captured it soo well & yes, the final episode really kept us on the edge of our seats until THAT VERY END!! Now imagine how it felt watching this with the entire cast & crew during the screening, WE WERE SOBBING , screaming och just losing every ounce of sanity we had left! 🥹 I also wanna give you PROPS for how ACCURATE you got the ending, you really were SPOT on with your theories & predictions. LOVED that you got the “fleabag” reference too during the SARGUST breakup😉. I also wanna point out that Wille throwing the frog in the bin after listening to “Wille’s Song” was DEF symbolic, as was the FROG gifted to August as his graduation present , handed over and put on his neck from Queen K, it was very obvious at that point that he was INDEED preparing to take over the role as the crown prince! ( which as we NOE KNOW is infact A PUNISHMENT , not the GLORY he thinks it is) It was ALL RIGHT THERE as hints & symbols. Did you also notice the ONE SINGLE line that Sara & Wille exchange, its the one & only single exchange we see from BOTH of them in all 3 seasons 🥹🤭, a deliberate choice for plot A & B FINALLY merging in the finale( this is like ANALYSIS level 3). LOVED that you were SEEING the colour theory SOO CLEARLY, once you know this, it becomes soo prominent in every scene, SARA wearing purple was also a NOD that she indeed always had feelings for August in S3. Notice how they are NO COLOURS in the END car ride? They are instead ALL wearing WHITE, signifying a FRESH START, PURE & innocence , a chance to NEW beginnings, So even in the end , the color theory is still very much relevant! Yes, as ppl already pointed out, HILLERSKA aka KAGGEHOLM is a beautiful place and worth a visit when you visit Sweden. Very excited to follow you onwards to SKAM & Fellow Travellers, BOTH OF WHICH are EXCELLENT shows 🙏🙏🫶💜.

chou

Thank you so much for the lovely reaction I really enjoyed watching you guys because you seem to really understand the complexities of the characters and the story and you understand that things aren’t black-and-white . Now that you guys have finished the series, I can tell you what some of my favorite things about this show are haha. So I think Lisa, who wrote the series always had a pretty clear idea of where she wanted wilhelm to end up at the end. I think it’s very telling in the way that things were set up from the very beginning and how they followed through to the end, which I think is something that really speaks for the writing of the series and the opportunity they had to actually tell a complete story from beginning to end because we don’t always get that with shows these days. I really love the ending of the show. I honestly wasn’t sure if we would get them together at the end although I was pretty sure that wilhelm would end up, giving up his role as crown prince, like almost positive that would happen. When they said goodbye to each other at graduation, I really thought oh this is the end and it’s gonna be like one of those “thanks so much for everything you did and taught me” kind of moments. And honestly, I probably would have understood if that was the route they went, but it would’ve hurt because I just really love their relationship and it always felt a bit tragic to me that it wasn’t them that was the problem. Like it was always everything outside like the monarchy and the video and all the expectations they had on themselves and just how different their lives were. But I feel like the ending is just so in character. Like Wilhelm has always just been this kind of character who when he feels trapped, he is very impulsive and he makes these decisions based on what he truly wants when it comes down to it. He is the kind of person who cannot hide who he is or what he wants. It’s not him at all. And we saw it in season two when he had the opportunity to keep things a secret and still be with Simon and do what his mother wanted him to. He still couldn’t lie. He didn’t want to. And then in season three at the end, he sees this future in front of him that he knows that he doesn’t want and the thing that had kept him there for so long was his brother’s memory and trying not to disappoint his mother but he learned in a very hard way that his brother and his mother are both human and they both make mistakes and that they’re not perfect so there’s no way he could be perfect either so why sacrifice himself or something he doesn’t really believe in and he doesn’t really want. And Simon taught him that. As well as Boris, and all of the things that he is experienced and his whole world that he was forced to reevaluate because of his queerness. So while he did not give up his title for Simon. Simon being in his life and teaching him the things that he did gave him the tools to understand himself more and what he actually wants. And I remember some people being kind of upset about the ending because they really wanted to see a queer royal a queer king, etc., etc. And I understand why that might feel revolutionary to them, but personally, I feel like being a royal is such a limiting experience of life. It’s like all of the public scrutiny all of the responsibility all of the stress of being a celebrity without the perks of being a celebrity because you have to put on this extremely manufactured persona and life and you cannot slip because you represent something much bigger than yourself. And they also wanted to see Simon as like a prince consort and them living this royal life, but I like the show and how it didn’t fall into that kind of fairytale trap that I feel like sometimes royal stuff can be. I remember seeing a review or someone said it was a Hollywood ending and I just feel like a Hollywood ending would have been him becoming king and Simon being at his side and I just feel like that completely invalidates all of the character building and all of the things that were said and shown on screen through the entire series. Because what I really think is very powerful and it’s something we don’t see often is him deciding he doesn’t want to be crown prince or king because he wants a normal life, which is what he’s been saying the entire show. He never seem to care personally it was always for the sake of someone else. And I think it’s really powerful to show that you can break these cycles and you can want a different life even if it is something that is supposed to be this big privilege. I think the show really post this question like is it OK to sacrifice a young persons identity for tradition? And the answer was no. And I think stepping away from something generational like that is incredibly hard and incredibly brave. And I think it shows that you can always try again or start over even if it feels really big even if it’s something as big as the freaking monarchy it’s OK to choose yourself. And sometimes when you do the right thing for yourself, you end up getting rewarded haha. I remember writing to Lisa and to one of the directors how it meant a lot for me that they actually had a hopeful ending for wilhelm and Simon they actually ended with them together and leaving behind the school and just like driving into the future with their friends and how freeing it felt. So I was really grateful for the ending because I feel like it’s a good message. Lol sorry for the ramble. Also speaking about the cast and everything. I think it’s really rare and really nice to have a cast that are so close and are really some of each other‘s best friends. I was really lucky to be at the screening of episode six and the documentary and you can’t really tell how much they love each other and how much they love the work that they’ve done on this show. Especially Edvin and Omar they really love their characters. Omar posted on Instagram after the series was over some very personal things about how it helped him a lot and how you wish she had something like that growing up because of how he felt uncomfortable with his sexuality. And Edvin has talked about a length how it’s always going to remain with him as well. And I’m just glad that they have each other because I don’t think other people can understand everything that they did and went through together on the same level the way that they will. Anyway, that’s enough for me. Thanks so much for the reaction. You guys are really nice to watch and I’m glad you’re gonna do some interesting shows coming up. And I’m also looking forward to the documentary. It’s definitely an interesting look into everything. :)

chou

I know I wrote a bunch earlier, but I also wanted to mention because I’m not sure if you caught it. The frog snow globe with the crown— Wilhelm received it from his brother, and he ended up throwing it away, and I think that was very symbolic. But then we see at the graduation scene the queen literally putting around August’s neck a frog with a crown, as if she’s passing it on to him symbolically. They definitely thought of all of this stuff very carefully hahaa

chou

Yea Edvin is in 28 Years Later insane lol

Michael

Not to put a dampener on things (excuse the pun), but sadly Wilhelm and Simon weren't totally naked when they had their dip into the lake and if you look very carefully (on a big screen) you can just about make out that they are wearing skin coloured briefs as they walk into the water. Spoilsports! 🤣

Michael

'The only negative aspect of this beautiful series is that it has spoiled me and made me super critical of anything else.' In that case Dennis I recommend that you don't watch SKAM then, although I love SKAM for different reasons and as someone has said on here, it's unfair to compare the two because they are so different in many respects.

Karoliina

Frog Prince is also a famous children's tale by Brothers Grimm, from Germany. Most Nordic kids (at least from my generation, born 70-80s, knows it. Hence the frog everywhere.

Karoliina

And in A Life's Worth.

Lauren

Adam yelling GET MARRIED might be my favorite part 🤣🤣 Don't you love how Wille was only in a relationship w/ Simon for like, a minute but said " I love you" in the s1 finale, then Simon said it in the s2 finale , and they both did for the series finale?! 🥹❤️😭

Dennis Verner

I'm aware Michael but I'll probably watch it with these guys anyway. They're so perceptive and fun. And I have seen season 3.

Becca

I agreee! Please start with SKAM Norway as it's the original and the foundation for alll of the remakes. & I second watching all four seasons. It's such a goood show in its entirety, and the first two seasons give a good buildup/lil bit of background for Season 3 which focuses on the LGBTQ storyline <3.

Bradam Reacts

So excited for the wedding scene in Young Royals Forever!!!!!! 😍

Becca

Have really enjoyed watching this with you, I'm so glad you loved it tooo! & am very excited for you to watch SKAM - one of my allll time favourite shows 🥹

Bradam Reacts

just retweeted this on our twitter.... i cannot believe you would show me that. i sure did want to cry and torture myself. in fact... i'm gonna go watch it again. 27 cries and 48 fights 😭 our boys were going THROUGH it

Karoliina

I just sat 20 min in my car bawling my eyes off. No joke.

Karoliina

I can't find your Twitter 😐

Bradam Reacts

And thank YOU for joining us on our first Young Royals journey. Very special. Every second. The complexity of the situations and characters made the show all the more human, which (in my opinion) is the true beauty of the show!!! It's clear the show was well thought out, from open to close, and honestly I can't lie when I ALSO thought they were going to end it on a "thank you for everything you taught me" moment... I believe that that would have literally killed me though lmfajsdjfjhf. A "hollywood ending" definitely would've looked more like Wilhelm finding a passion for the throne and Simon sticking by his side through it all- very glad it didn't go that route. I fully agree, from the moment you start the show you watch Wilhelm struggle being apart of the royal family- he's never liked it. So looking back, he was always going to give up the throne. It's also a wonderful allegory about just queer identification in general, the question "is it OK to sacrifice a young persons identity for tradition?", no not at all, kids should feel free to live authentically and be who they are and not listen and conform to live traditional, nuclear lives! Also bawling at Simon giving him the tools to better understand what he wants- that's literally perfectly said and I'm going to be thinking about that for the rest of the day omg. 💕

Bradam Reacts

GAHHHHH watching the frog get passed from Erik to Wilhelm, for Wilhelm to eventually throw it away (give it back to his Mom) and for her to give it to August UGH *chef's kiss* so so GOOD! WAAAIT I didn't realize that ultimately, the throne is punishment for August HAHSHDHJDN that's so funny. It's Wilhelm's way of forgiving and letting go while also getting back at him hehehe that's making me giggle.

Bradam Reacts

Also the color theory thing... everywhere. Once Adam pointed out someone's comment about that I literally didn't notice anything else. Going back and watching edits on TikTol (because I can't get enough) IT WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME

Bradam Reacts

No, thank you for watching with us 💕 it means the world 😄

Bradam Reacts

Ooh love that! Originally we got recommended just to watch the 3rd season, but after a little bit of digging we definitely want to watch all of SKAM Norway. I think it's clear we'll get a lot more out of the s3 storyline and characters if we do. We don't want to jump in so blind and not know characters and backstories, we want to give it our all!! So when we start we'll watch it all!!

Bradam Reacts

I finished Song of Achilles last summer and am still inconsolable. Lowkey that quote is gonna make me CRYYYYYY AHHH 😭

Bradam Reacts

❤️ that's so so very kind. we have just LOVED this show!!!!!!

Bradam Reacts

The ending really does sit right with me. I think there's a reason our predictions regarding the finale (that we made while finishing episode 5) were right. While the show was far from predictable, it's a sign of a job well done that your viewers can see what needs to happen for the characters and storylines you've created. If it was anything else, the show wouldn't have felt as whole! Such a good finale.

Bradam Reacts

It FINALLY felt like an authentic apology. One that was coming from a place of true regret and empathy and not an apology for selfish reasons. It was very touching.

@baydreamer

Please do! It's so cool knowing what went into the making of that scene. Axel and Maxence' chemistry was 🤌 (Tiny spoiler: they were so into the scene, they didn't hear the director call "Cut!" And they are both straight, btw. 😉)

Bradam Reacts

It was so so fulfilling to watch him scoop the frog snow-globe into the trash. We could all feel what that truly meant. Wilhelm needed to hear August's words to understand who his brother was, he was able to make peace with the fact that no one is perfect, and that Erik just would've wanted him to do what he wanted to do. UGH my heart!!!

Bradam Reacts

That Wilmon montage was so. good. good enough to make a grown man cry. ❤️

Bradam Reacts

Oh my GOD when they said goodbye have a good summer i wanted to flip this coffee table and scream and pull my hair out, only to have them- mind you only like 10 minutes later- to leave Hillerska TOGETHER. my head was spinning 😵‍💫

chou

I also love that he apologizes and instead of saying, “I forgive you” Wilhelm thanks him

The Sarah E

that book altered my brain chemistry i swear… i reread it once a year still. with christopher nolan making the odyssey i will riot if the scene of achilles telling odysseus that he chose wrong and living a long normal life would have been better than dying young but a hero isn’t included. **yes i’m a classics nerd like charlie and i did get the mesopotamian/copper ingot joke in heartstopper**

Karoliina

I folllow them but my search bar did not find them!

Michael

Exactly! (replying to Adam & Bradley above).

Michael

I recommended the 3rd season originally on here, but after reading comments regarding the the first two seasons, then I'm ok with that and on hindsight, I think it's a good thing to cover all 3 seasons for the same reasons that have been given by others on here.

Steven Jump

As I've said before, I don't like how this ends. I think it would have been better if they had broken up. Then skipped a few years to Willem being crowned King and then seeing Simon by his side. There's no way in hell I'd let August take the thrown! Otherwise yes its still a good ending. I'm looking forward to Fellow Travelers, but good luck keeping enough of it in your YouTube edit! A very good Swedish or was it Norway show is Rita. She's a school teacher that is very blunt in her opinions ,often clashing with the school and parents.

Lauren

🤣🤣🤣 like Tangled!

AngelaTeacher

There’s a photo of Edvin & Omar cutting a cake together at the wrap party, too. LOVE it!

Ludy

But Wille never wanted to be king. He never liked the royal lifestyle which is why he was in public high school and not at Hillerska to begin with. Simon is who helped him gain the confidence to admit that and do what was right for himself.

Ludy

You very eloquently described exactly how I feel about it. All of it. Wille didn't want to be king. EVER. Simon showed him that he had worth outside of being royal. The main plot of the show is Wille finding and accepting himself and standing up for himself. I'm so jealous that you were at the screening I could throw something. Ha! I can't imagine that atmosphere! Amazing!

Olive

Oooh thats awesome to hear! I am so excited to watch along with you when you do! ^^ If you need the link to all of the skam seasons this is the one I use: https://sites.google.com/view/alllofskam/skam. It isn't on streaming services or anything, but that links to a master site with links to each seasons trailer, episodes and bloopers. (I watched it all in poorly cut snippets on dailymotion the first time bc I didnt know where to find the full show.)

Ludy

I'm gonna have to watch a friggin zombie movie now. I HATE ZOMBIES!

Karoliina

Me too 😂 But for anything for Edvin. 🧡

Michael

Angela - if you thought there there were plenty of reasons to get emotional for the final episode of this season, then I would suggest that you buy at least another couple of boxes of tissues in readiness for Adam and Bradly's review of the upcoming documentary of YR, keeping in mind that you will be witnessing Edvin and Omar's real life reactions before, during and after filming.

Marstrand

Love the ending of my favorite show and love you guys reactions 🫶🏻. The feelings goes from really sad in this episode to really happy. So emotionally draining 🤪. Did you reflect on Simon in the first season’s last episode saying ” hope ypu have a nice christmas, Wille in the third season’s last episode say ” hope you have a nice summer”. And Simon laying on the footbollfield in this episode and touching gravel with his hand just as Wille layed on the footbollfield in season one and touched gravel with his hand. And yes everything got solved in this episode, I only wished that the kids at school would find out that August posted the video of Simon and Wilhelm so he got something bad out of that awful thing he did. Since he didn’t go to jail. As someone mensioned, don’t stop the documentaty to quick, there is more coming 😌.

Di

I’m having serious withdrawal symptoms , I may need to watch it all (3 seasons) again. How many times is too many? Asking for a friend!!! 😉

AngelaTeacher

I loved the ending, but I totally understand this viewpoint. However, I think Lisa did a good job of showing us in S3 that the throne is not a good thing. More of a punishment than a privilege, honestly. You are a puppet of the people. And I think August was just realizing that just as it got handed to him, oops. Good luck August 😅

Jasmin

OMG you're going to react to SKAM???? I have only seen the French season, never the OG MLM Norwegian one. Very exciting:)

AMARA

It’s never too many, I’ve watched so many times that I lost count🤣

Well, what can I say? Thanks so much for leading this beautiful journey with your emotions, your understanding, your insights. I am old now, but I have experienced love and no matter how far that may be in the past, my heart still warms up when I see young love, and seeing people happy, especially my rainbow little brothers, simply males me happy, be they Wilhelm and Simon or Adam and Bradley. I can't help it. Happy people are the light of the world. Looking forward to continue enjoying your reactions. 🧡🧡

This episode is SUCH an emotional rollercoaster, it's been a year and I'm still shocked they managed to pull off tying up all those loose ends in one episode!!! I don't know if any other show has succeeded in making me feel so crushed and then so euphoric within the span of a couple minutes. It's the perfect ending to the series, and the Young Royals doc is the perfect epilogue to help you work through the mess of feelings after episode 6! 😆 Can't wait to watch SKAM and Fellow Travellers with you guys too - both have been on my watchlist for ages.

Wille gets to be free and August gets put in the gilded cage...

Michael

Now that's what I call a REAL commitment making a video like that! Well done to whoever put that together!

Helen Wilson

Omg I'm crying again 😭😭😭😭

Karoliina

They are one of the best editors in Edmar/Wilmon/Omar/Edvin standom, the account is their own (Jo). Active in X and TikTok. Has lots of other great stuff too. All these kids are super creative and extremely funny.

Love this I've just no intelligent msg to share as not great with words but I agree with everything you say

Faith Drylie

You should watch Red White and Royal Blue

Joy2464

I loved this comment too! And I remember feeling the exact same way.

Joy2464

Same. I've watched SKAM, Heartstopper, Red White and Royal Blue. All good but none come close to the chokehold this show still has on me. Now all I do is try to find reaction videos and read Young Royals fanfic. I'm hopeless.

Joy2464

Okay, 1. I have never seen that video describing the making of the scene and it is incredible. Thank you for sharing @baydreamer. BUT 2. I don't think Bradley and Adam should watch that video until after they have seen that episode. I will ruin the best moments of the entire season.

@baydreamer

That's why I said to watch the scene, watch the video, then re-watch the scene. 😉

Joy2464

Totally agree @Honey! Season 3 is great but there is so much to learn in the first two seasons about the characters. And honestly, Season 1 has grown on me quite a bit as well.

Frida

So, I watched the whole series again here with you guys. I could feel all your emotions as I was going through them too 🥰😭. I must say that I really appreciate your genuine care and interest for these cherished characters and I will certainly watch it all over again 😍. Hope to see the Forever documentary soon!

Beck Huston

I have just rewatched this reaction for the 5th or 6th time. Your joy is so compelling. Thanks for giving me the feeling of watching with friends. When is the documentary reaction coming?

Frida

I know it has been a while since this episode was published here. But I just watched the whole series again with you for the third time, maybe for the tenth time all together. You can just never stop ☺️ I just wanted to point out that they deliberately made this last episode longer. All the other episodes ended by the time you shouted about the fourth wall. We had the timing in our bones and this made everyone believe even more strongly that this was the end of the show. They were really playing with our emotions 😍

Nora Marie

I've been SO scared to watch the last season of this show. I knew it would break me, and it did. But it was bearable with you two. Thank you! I've been sobbing throughout this whole last episode. Experiencing grief over the show and its ending, but also the fact that I didn't get any of it for myself. No graduation, no party, no friends for life, no relationship. When they had that graduation scene, it really hit me that I'm grieving because of it. That I didn't get any of that, which might seem like an essential part of life, or a teenager's life, more precisely. I really needed to realise that, because I've been pretending like I didn't miss it, that it wasn't important for me. But it was, and I missed it all. I'm grieving because that part of me died before it had a chance to live. I sound really very dramatic now, but it is all true. I just realised it. So thank you for being here and doing this with me <3

Just watching this now... you can always go to Stockholm and you will undoubtedly run into Edvin or Omar or Malte (August). Omar and Edvin's beauty brand OMR BEAUTY is based in Stockholm. If you think the finale was emotional... you should have seen the Live screening event Netflix did in Sweden for fans from around the world. The cast was there with them and even they were crying in the end! https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8PhLnJw/ And this is the live q&a they did that same night. https://youtu.be/Xm49TbGieo8?si=UHh8yinlpYOlA74Q
