You gotta be someone you yourself can love. You told me that. Best advice I have gotten in recent years. I personally think that to start, what you need to do is Set a small goal for yourself. This goal needs to be small and something you can do in a week, an example would be. "I am going to spend 1 hour doing something I enjoy every night." and stick to that goal. Once you feel a bit more stable, set a new goal and slowly walk towards getting better. I was given that advice by someone recently and it's worked for me. So hopefully now I can repay the kindness you showed me.

At the end of February, I had to take some time off work just to lower my background stress level. I didn't go anywhere, I didn't make plans for how to fill the week, I just told myself I was going to take it day by day and not put myself in a position where I felt I was constantly falling behind. I think it helped, but I will have to look back in a month to see how effective it truly was. I think it wasn't really about how much I was or was not doing, it was how I felt about what I was or was not doing. I saw the recommendation you made for Sapphire Fae!
