Aliens resemble whatever they incubate in. You'll see some other combinations in other Alien movies. Did you recognize Vasquez as John Connor's foster mother in Terminator 2?

Considered one of the greatest sequels of all time, up there with Godfather 2, Terminator 2, Empire Strikes Back. Saw this back in 86, the entire theatre screamed when that alien emerged out of the water and the only other time I saw the reaction of Ripley turning up in the powerloader, was when Cap said Avengers Assemble.

Its theatrical. Pity because there's a lot of great scenes in the extended.

The squeals to Aliens are not good as the first two but they are worth watching. 'Alien Resurrection' and 'Alien Vs Predator' have outstanding, amazing practical and visual effects. You guys should check them out when you have the time.
