I have not shared this much of my body before.
Am I comfortable doing this?
Hell, no!
Am I daring to be brave and face the possibility of rejection, humiliation and inevitable fear and shame that will come from sharing this video?
Tentatively and with fear, Yes.
Since I started working with Gabriela to join my channel on Patreon (next month) I've been so impressed by her confidence to be free in her body, believe in herself and not worry about what others think and not have shame about it either. Which is not something that has been easy for me on this journey...you might have noticed....
So, deep breath in, here it goes....today I'm sharing more of myself than I have ever done before, and I can hear the voices in my head already getting louder and louder as I get closer to pressing the PUBLISH NOW button
"What if they think my pussy is ugly?"
"what if it IS ugly?"
"What does it look like compared to other women?"
"Is this insane? Will I regret posting this on the internet? Will this affect my chances of all the other things I want to do in my life? Will I be shamed for all eternity?"
"What if people think I'm a slut, or a prick tease?"
"What if people get the wrong idea?"
"Is this really what I want to be doing with my life?"
and on and on the voice is going, along with the comment one ex boyfriend made about my pussy/yoni that made me a bit nervous that mine was maybe different to other women, but I am going to hit PUBLISH NOW in order to face the challenge of accepting ALL sides of myself in public, trusting that the more brave I get, the more I STOP caring what others think, and just accept myself, no matter what anyone says...the more free i will be..
Here goes....
[and it goes without saying, but it needs mentioning due to the vulnerability of this post, please pause before commenting and reflect on how your comment might impact my day, positively or negatively and ask yourself is it necessary? Is it kind?
In deep vulnerability,
Suze
p.s. I kept to the authenticity style, and kept in all the natural sounds around - from the yoga tutorial I was semi following, to the sounds of kids at the bay, the wind and etc
