Sometimes we don't realize how much anger we are holding onto until we hear our selves talk. Anger is authentic but destructive. It seeps into other areas of our lives and can really make you lose sight of your truth. Anger is like indigestion, in that it is very unpleasant, must be dealt with and will eventually pass. Acknowledge rage but don't succumb to it.

yes absolutely, i get the feeling from my own personal experience that the first step is to allow it, to accept it exists within me, find healthy ways to first feel it, then healthy tools to transform it, I will be talking about this on my next vlog, exploring our NYMPH energy within us and how often this anger comes from our own frustrated desires, we have so much untapped energy within us that we are not doing anything with and this can become an excess of energy that becomes anger because we are not directing it in our lives into power, into creativity, into getting what we want, I feel really excited by my recent discoveries exploring the nymph within myself and I want to share this with you.
