Saying that KKManager is out of date when it isn't. Updated just to be sure. Still not updating mods.

It should work fine... I just tested it to make sure, it's connecting properly here... are you having some firewall blocking it or something? if so, try to make an exception for it.

Never had any issues with any firewall based stuff before on anything. Especially not this. And even though I've updated it keeps saying there's a new version of KKM every time I hit UPDATE.

Having a hard time just getting the game to download or install, no exe file to run in winrar so idk what to do? Am I missing something?

If you downloaded the full game, there should be various exes in the archive.

OK, So I got the game but now Im wondering where I put all the files I download? game stuff is still in japanese so not 100% sure how to go about it. Not many good video tutorials out there.

Also now When trying to start up HS2 DX it says it can't locate a file or two, Really got to get the English on this or something I would really appreciate some in depth help lol sorry to be a bother.

^^ FIX: From your HS2 install folder go to UserData > LauncherEN. Then edit the file named kkman.txt. The kkman.txt file is telling the launcher which folder your KKManager is at. Your kkman.txt file is probably pointed to a back-up folder with an old version. Change your current entry to this: [UTILITY] KKManager Save and relaunch the launcher.
