Comic: "My apartment building is full of hot divorced MILFS part 3" (Patreon)

Today we finally have a comic! This was the winner of the poll with 53% of the votes so it was very close! A new OC joins the fray! Her name is Mrs. Nightbloom, she's a dark elf who was lucky enough to leave the brutal life dark elfs live. They can live up to 700 years but most don't make it. She left her dark past and settled in with her late husband, who she outlived. Now she's pretty much retired and loves her garden at the apartment complex. And this is where she meets Bob, our protagonist! Hope y'all enjoy this comic and new OC!

I added a zip file for those who want to download it and read it easier.
