Progress Report #65 - Metro (Patreon)

Hey lads!

As you probably noticed with placeholder download links, update got delayed until June 3rd. As mentioned there, v0.27 will be the last update before the game goes on a few months hiatus. No worries though, bug fixes will still come out normally, so expect v0.27a, v0.27b and so on. But yeah, only crucial bug fixes, since all the work will be shifted into the game re-make, and oh boy, it will be a lot of work!

The Slums & Main Street - Center got metro stations added (as you can see on the screens above). The idea was to make metro linear (inspired by the metro in Warsaw in Poland), so it will go between north & south only, that's why RLD won't get metro, because it would be west of the Main Street. To use the train you need to buy a ticket - same mechanics as with the gym's daily subscription, so you can charge it up infinitely. Majority of people (in the metro poll) wanted metro events to be totally random, and that's what I'm gonna do, BUT for the rest I added an optional buyable Metro VIP Card that allows you to ignore RNG and force a choice. Use of the VIP card is also optional, so you can still stick to the randomness after buying it, if you want.

Regarding Metro events, I wanted to come up with some cool feature of rolling and triggering them, but got a bit defeated here...  The system is based on the amount of train events triggered so far, wearing skirt, chosen spot in the train, and finally stats. There are 8 event types, from simple fondling to sex. I really don't want to add any new animations for this update, because I will have to remake and adjust many of them in the art re-make update, so want to avoid doubling the work... So I'm trying some workaround with old animations, but in the end I will still need to make some new.

I'll be visiting family during the weekend, so I'll fix any bugs and problems on Monday the earliest. And I might add new additions to the Metro events, too. We will see.
