I really like the idea of a more medieval setting, maybe where bay city will someday be, and there’s a “sickness” going around changing people. None of the people affected seem to mind but nevertheless a plague doctor happens upon the town and decides to investigate only to be affected himself.

There is an official “fantasy” version of baycity. Shown in Fantasia respec. But this is still like, “baycity,USA” medieval doesn’t work great for the setting.

Guy gets a late Christmas present from his family. Background should suggest that he's been having a VERY bad year up to this point-lots of piles of stuff, he's very poorly groomed and has the "stopped exercising" beginning of looking overweight, clothing is "everything else smells and looks worse" in terms of appearance, dirty dishes, that kind of thing. Opens the box and discovers a large candle with instructions to light it. He lights it, and before he knows it, the magic takes over and it sweeps his apartment clean, organizes everything, puts new clothing in his closet, and turns him into a lady that is much happier and has a big OnlyFans site that is making her LOTS of money, even now.

There's a stock character in TF that is basically the Evil Omnipotent Transformer. He does 'Monkey's Paw'-like transformations based on people's wishes, comments, or qualities. What might be interesting would be to flip the morality. To do a Good Omnipotent Transformer.

Guy gets a new planner and starts writing down his new year's resolutions. The planner is actually magic, glowing faintly as he writes, and transforming him without him noticing. e.g. Writing "Get fit" slims his stomach down and makes his body leaner. "Empathize with women better" turns him into a lithe, well-toned woman. "Be more noticeable" gives him extravagant curves.

A ring that causes the wearer's body to change and fit whatever clothes they are wearing, regardless of original or target gender. Someone has just been sent a consignment of lingerie for their shop, and their friend shows them the ring. They try out new bodies and hijinks ensue.
