Satine is an example of a character who is often right with an attitude or beliefs that irk me. Certainly, she's clearer sighted than most, passionate and eloquent and all that. But the absolute nature of her pacifism, her stubbornness, and her temper all don't really work for me. Also, knowing more about the history of the Mandalorian people, I really do think that the direction she is leading them in is a cultural betrayal, though I also don't necessarily advocate for Mandalore's return to a culture of scorched earth and conquest. But yeah, Palpatine HATES her. Satine and Padmé both, really.
