To answer your question, Ahsoka probably knew about Anakin and Padme, it is heavily implied. Actually, most of the people, especially Ahsoka and Kenobi, knew or at least suspected that there was more to Anakin and Padme’s relationship

It wasn't just Ahsoka that got a re-design. If you look at Anakin or Obi-Wan you can notice that they also look slightly different because the animation got better, and they have new outfits.

I really like this episode. It is nice to see that the sepies are more than Dooku and Grievous, they are people that believe the republic is corupted and wish to take their future in their own hands. And by seeing Dooku acting as a charismatic leader who respect the democracy, you understand why a lot of people support him, like Palpatine is supported in the Republic. The sith are manipulating both side to increase their power, such a machiavelic plot...

Yeah, Anakin's hair is a little longer, and his palette is a little darker, though we're not to Episode III levels yet. First obvious time skip of the series. The episodes aren't in exact order, but you shouldn't get any more from WAY back in the day. If the Sith were NOT playing both sides here and Dooku as Darth Tyrannus wasn't manipulating the Separatists specifically to strengthen central power in the Republic, the Separatists would be right, actually. Dooku's original sin that led him to the Dark Side was hubris, to put things in Greek tragic terms. He wanted to end corruption and thought his goal was noble enough to justify any means. The Republic is astonishingly corrupt. Business interests have seats and incredibly outsize power in the Senate; representatives don't visit their home systems for decades. Little people get crushed beneath the wheel of the status quo, and the Jedi, as peacekeepers of that status quo, far too often support the oppressor. Dooku saw all of this decades before he fell to the Dark Side. Then he thought, "I myself can change it." Then he started being willing to do anything to do so and fell prey to the manipulations of the most corrupt person of all. Dooku thinks he's playing Sidious, that he will hyperextend the Republic, manage to finagle the money shortages and the ugly politics to his advantage, reveal the rot, and kill his master, leaving the galaxy purged by fire into the shape he thinks it should be. But Sidious is already grooming Anakin to replace him—someone younger and more powerful but so much easier to control. But if a bunch of systems had decided on their own, "Hey, the way the Republic does things now is kind of rubbish"? They'd be right. And I would 100 percent be behind their right to decide they wanted a different government.

Pretty unpopular opinion, but i really like Lux Bonteri as a character. And his relationship with Ahsoka too
