the first E-mail from Aria is just a side mission within the citatel, the second message from Aria is a call for a DLC on Omega, my advice is doing the side mission on the citatel first

I voted in the Poll to do Eden Prime Mission first cause that Mission Doesnt pass time in the game so you miss out on side quests so you can do that before you to the citidel and its not super long. So you could fit that in before The citidel. Id also get the Oblesk from The shrike abyssal before going back to the citidel cause its just a lot of back tracking if you dont. Also the Dr Bryson and one of the Aria missions are DLC and they are Kinda later game DLC's for when your higher level cause they can get a bit hairy if you try and do them sooner. Also Doing Side missions before Priority missions is the way to go cause they can dissappear if you do too many priority missions in a row with out doing the side missions. But play how you want ill be here to watch either way. Also dont get Embarrassed about get emotional reading the emails from past companions you are experiencing what most of us felt when playing ME3 for the first time. One last tip i will give is when the companions are talking to each other in missions its good to stop and let them finish talking cause if you rush ahead the convo's can stop before they actually finish. I learned that the hard way first time playing.

The DLCs in ME3 are pretty amazing. Just a note, Aria's DLC locks you into doing the whole thing once you begin (it's like Dock 42 at the Citadel or something - it's pretty fun), whereas the Eden Prime DLC (best done earlier on I'd say) is completed like a regular mission and the Dr. Bryson DLC is many missions, but you can switch between them and the regular game as you wish like normal missions (doesn't lock you in to anything). If you go to the Citadel be sure to hit the Spectre terminal each time! Have fun!
