Best Star Wars show!!! Don’t take the “been in this fight since I was six years old” quote too literally.

I never doubted for a second that you wouldn't love this show. The character building is top notch and you've only seen a small part. The flashback to Casian's younger days really help fill in the blanks of what made him who you got to know in Rouge One. You'll find yourself binging pretty soon and can't wait until the next episode.

The caveat that I would give you is that the show is slower paced than other Star Wars stuff. That said the build-up (normally a 3-episode arc) makes the payoffs SO rewarding. If you’re like me, you’ll care about the characters you meet in this show as much as the SW characters you’ve known for decades

Hi Kim! I'm so glad you're watching this show. Its sooo good. In case no one mentioned this, the show takes place before Cassian joins the Rebellion. The date at the beginning, 5 BBY, is 5 years before the Battle of Yavin, the battle that happens at the end of Star Wars: A New Hope (aka the original movie, aka, episode 4). Tbh I joined so I could watch your reaction to this show. And, help with those laptop repair costs, of course! Cheers.

So pleased you enjoyed this first episode Kim. Intelligent commentary as always. Can you believe there are some people who actually watched this one and stopped watching the rest of the series because they found it “boring”? Crazy! It’s so clear what these early episodes are doing and they are intriguing
