In this video I want to demonstrate the final state of my tuning for the searius speaker, as I had spent lots of hours to optimise the sound further which also changed the response of the speaker compared to all my previous demos. There may be still some additional adjustments necessary once I examined all other upcoming sample units. But this here is how this speaker is supposed to sound.

I opted for a natural authentic sound with some necessary adjustments to taste to allow different listening and placing scenarios. I think it still delivers a pretty honest rendering of most recordings especially at moderate volume levels where it can offer an impressive deep bass response especially for the given size.

As soon as I get my new samples I will also demonstrate TWS pairing and keep you updated about the progress.

Well done! The teufel rockster go 2 has a universal tripod thread on the bottom, I put it on mini camera tripod (manfroto PIXI mini) and it sounds and looks great. It really cleans up the bass boom and opens up the sound by reducing unwanted reflections. It also stops the speaker from vibrating or jumping around. Any interest or possibility to add this to your sEARius design?

Mid bass boost definitely helps when placed on the Kh80, makes the speaker sound slightly bigger as well, but yea it might backfire in other positions. Have you asked them about potential programing for more actions by pressing two buttons at the same time? Because if all units will have those lights at the side, it'd be cool to at least add some option to turn on dim white or amber glow for example and then cycle again to rgb party mode and then turn it off again, if the hardware is there you might as well use it if possible...

Either it will come without lights or with the option to turn them off. It’s still not defined.

I don’t think there is space inside the hull for some additional thread but one could always 3d print some suitable stand

It’s a great sounding speaker, very neutral en clean, looking forward of ordering one or two! Any idea how long the battery would last on a full charge?

Not sure if this would be too difficult to do at this point but just wanted to add a little nitpick. It would be nice to have the usb-c charging port at the back of the speaker so that when charging it while listening you don't see a cable coming out the top of the speaker. I know it's not important for sound or functionality but is a nice touch.
