Simon Hibbert

Nice music selection 👌 feel nice and chilled in this UK heatwave 😅

Jose Santos

Speaker A: more mature, and fuller. Speaker B: on the other way broader. About the new insta cam idk if its rlly because the camera, and not sure if you or anyone else hears but somehow now i heard a hiss from the recorded and since you reported with a gopro before a similar i just guessed based on that.

Stanislav

The musical material was selected very organically, as always! Speaker B is more bass, probably Anker Soundcore Rave Neo? No, Denon! Suddenly...

Mantas

I liked denon, what model is it?

oluvsgadgets

I think the hiss your heard was my USB charging adapter. It sometimes does this when there is lots of load. I didn’t hear it when I started the recording, and I think it must have happened later during the shooting. But the Insta didn’t cause any static issues yet. Also one reason to keep it over the gopro

Joan Vives

I swear i thought a was copenhagen at first jajajaj. Definetely helsinki is cleaner, more precise and much more forward and refined. But i do see db250 as a good companion for a portable projector, needles to say its portability

Joan Vives

Bare in mind insta 360 is fixed focus... if it only has and iris...

oluvsgadgets

All action cams are. But I cannot mount an SLR to my head...

Joan Vives

Sony rx0 ii has it. Plus the blackmagic micro... but maybe wait for a module for insta, its a killer camera and were not billionaires

Joan Vives

You could get and ipad too jajajaja

oluvsgadgets

I once tried with an iPhone head mounted. I don’t remember the video but it was something about various low budget speakers

Joan Vives

Jajajaja see? You deserve our money jaajaja ever craved in the RC market? (Drones, cars, etc), theres lots of diy cameras... but knowing you and seeing your oerfectionism, i bet you wont get satisfied until wearing and arri alexa helmet

oluvsgadgets

The problem is stabilization. The only really decent and natural looking algorithms are Reelsteady and Insta’s Flowstate seems to be quite decent too, just that I must stick with 30p. With 60p field of view becomes smaller and stabilization seems less effective. I think insta has an advantage over GoPro with this bigger sensor but their software is not up to the same level, it appears a bit beta to me.

Joan Vives

Unles theres gyroscope data involved, stabz is brand independant. But i hope insta grows and fixes this issues. Lets bet for it. Offtopic: you know why theres no longer an app for the tevi? Aside from the beta in their website... they let users down?

Joan Vives

And if youre forced to 30p, i think youtube its either 25 or 60 or 120. Dont know if its better to stick with 25, in a purist aproach...

oluvsgadgets

I think there never was an app. They only released it for android and only with manual download not official AppStore, I never tried it and sole claim it sounds worse after the update. I liked it most like they were in the beginning and I use them with the Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 pro. They fit nicely into the charging box and treble sounds better too.

Joan Vives

In the review you said the anker where rubbish and boomie, changed opinion?

oluvsgadgets

No their tips work great for the Tevi: I threw the inear into trash just kept the tips haha. I think I have more tips than Inears in the meantime just because the sound can change so much with various types I am keeping them.

I love those late intimate sessions, it's like we listening to music between friends . I was really really surprised when you turned the light on as I thought what you were trying to trick us by using two speaker like to minirigs away from each other's I don't told myself there is no way this openness and awareness of left and white channel comes from onesignal little speaker how wrong I was that shows how amazing that denon is , saying that if I had to choose , without hesitation I would choose the vifa , it has some amazing deep and creamy bass

jp s

Sorry lots of fault in my message and wrong words but I hope you understood

Vlad M

Nice video. I like more the Vifa speaker.

Jose Santos

Hope so, because this kind of noises are a bit distrating for me, and well just came to tell, and crossing my fingers this one won't disapoint with technicall issues for so much you paid for xo.

Joan Vives

Thanks for the tip jajaja

Very nice video with the blind test, and with very nice music selection. After the first two songs, with dominant voices, I clearly was for Speaker B: fuller voice, more present, just more natural. Also better stereo effect. But with following tracks, the too dominant bass and muddy resolution of speaker B became inacceptable for me, so in the end I preferred speaker A! Thank god, as I have ordered a Helsinki one week ago ( but not yet received) 😉

Erik Zetterborg

Hi Oluv! I forgot to mention one more good radiostation you may like. It's called Chilltrax.Very nice electronic chillout without news or commercial. And thanks a lot of your new blind test video. The athmosphere was full of feeling.

oluvsgadgets

I have Chilltrax already in my favorite stations. Formerly I loved Groove.fm and Swissgroove, but I haven't listened to them for longer now. Don't even know if they still exist.

Erik Zetterborg

Hi! Stations you mentioned still exist.I'll give them a try too. Thanks for your recommendtations because I think we have same music taste.Waiting your next video and greetings from Finland!

oluvsgadgets

tried to find Stabz but cannot find any program like that. do you have some link maybe?

Joan Vives

First things first: It's gonna make your workflow slower, and you'll have to dig into the NLE world. That being said, AFAIK, Davinci Resolve does a pretty good job in it, you can tweak many parameters to overcome the wobling/jello. Plus, take into consideration to shoot in 60p (or higher and then time remap), as there's gonna be less changes frame to frame and then it's easy for any software. There's adobe elements /warp stabz inside Premere pro, good as well. Dunno about final cut. Besides that, I think the incamera stabz is terrific, truly outstanding. Beyond that i can only imagine a frankenstein like this: disarmed drone gimbal sticked to a "crown" (front the motors and cam, back circuitry and battery), flowstate?, Davinci resolve for finesse.

Joan Vives

Question: does 360 allow you to set fixed frame rate and ISO?

bodi

bodi

Ach ja, ich mag übrigens in diesem Video die Darstellung sehr, also was die Kamera hier einfängt und rüberbringt.

bodi

Und zur Zeit mag ich auch den Audio Pro Addon T3 sehr, und der ist ja auch schon ein paar Jahre alt

Andrew Tam

Late to the party. Speaker A midrange is more forward and it also has more treble sparkle. Speaker B is the bassier set, which does gives vocals some good weight. I also think Speaker B sounds slightly wider. Both sound good but I would pick speaker A for its better treble sparkle and midrange forwardness.

oluvsgadgets

Yes it does but then ISO is manual too, completely stupid. If you enable flowstate at low light it tries to select a high enough shutter speed on its own resulting in regular jumps into iso3200 which makes the image flicker. I haven’t figured out yet which shutter speed works well for the Insta360 to overcome these flickering light effects and no back and forth jumps between different iSOs. With the GoPro I was at the secure side when I selected 1/120 at 60p for my Indoor videos, unfortunately I couldn’t go outdoors during a video as it would be overexposed: GoPro didn’t allow a min shutter speed just fixed or auto. Auto with min option would have been best. Already using Reelsteady for some of my videos slowed down my workflow quite a bit but I think that Insta’s flowstate is not far off, but I am limited to 30 frames per second.

Joan Vives

for the outdoor thing, get a variable ND filter. The cinematogrpher's tric is: while going from a bright place to a dark one or viceversa, there's always a door or sth, maybe a tree, use that and then rotate to a proper exposure (looking on the phone for doing so) while trespassing the object. What also NDs does to a cam it's force either it's ISO or it's shutterspeed. Then if you do so in a low light in any environment -use nds- while forcing the iso or the shutterspeed it will have to go stack the one you didn't touch. But it's strange they don't allow for total control. BTW the 1 inch insta seems to have a standarized filter mounting screw, so it's screaming for filtration. And if you used reelsteady, download free davinci resolve version in blackmagic's website. It's so easy to work with and keep everything organized. Plus, the audio side is terrific, you can do your tweaks in there and easily install third party pluggins. I can give you a hand in that! Well it's time to see the acid jazz session jajaja
