Tribit obviously saw my first video with all complaints I had about the Xsound Mega and they sent me a new firmware with allegedly improved sound. Let’s find out if it really sounds any better. I wanted to listen together with you.

Wow tribit done well on the bass . Wonder why this was not produced in the first place. Just needs a tweak to give it a sprinkle of treble clarity but in impressed. I really hope they can do a stormbox stereo double sized in the storm box micro style in the future... i feel its the only bike speaker i will ever get as i like the handlebar clip hold style.

The Anker has sibiling trebles it shows some scratching SSSS (listened from Anker Q30 with Oluv EQ). I prefer the Tribit where highs are boosted but I find them more natural. Of course I would prefer a flatter response in the highs, Hopefully next FW upgrade will show its full potential. Oluv, did you say that the MEGA is a MONO speaker?

Just purchased the Anker Motion+ for US$85 on AliExpress during the 11.11 sale. Couldn't pass this unit up...at this price. Having both the Q30 ($75) and the Life P3 earbuds ($67) from Soundcore, I am very happy with both of these products, to include the added benefit of a terrific common app. The Motion + will be a nice addition to this ecosystem. The P3's are my work buds...better call quality and ANC/Ambient than the Earfun Free Pro's. However, the Earfun's (with Oluv recommended tuning) are my favorite sounding earbuds...also the most comfortable. IMO.
