The firmware shown here is close to final, there were some changes but not regarding sound, which should remain like shown in the video. Unfortunately there was some copyright issue with a Prince song which I had to speed to up to avoid getting the video blocked. The original version should still be available in some selected countries and can be found here: https://youtu.be/X56yd4NS7hY

There will be a first early batch released already in June, some early bird campaign will be announced at end of May for those interested. I will of course share all details here as soon as I get them.

Well done Oluv! The new version sounds more open and controlled than all the other speakers on the table, despite being the cheapest. Truly an outstanding achievement :)

The Earfun sounds really, really good. Of the ones compared in this video, the Bose is maybe the closest competitor (at moderate volumes, at least), but it is a lot less defined and spacious then the Earfun.

Good job, I think it will be a reference and the best speaker in this range and well above it. Good improvements also in the new firmware, more balanced and defined, more body, although perhaps slightly more boxed. And I would like the terms "monitor" and "euphonic" more than "indoors" and "outdoors", because it is possible that there are people who prefer one mode in all cases. But this are all minor issues, the speaker as a whole seems superb.

Definitely sounds smoother now but at higher volume, old one seems to keep more bass. I wouldn't mind the slightly out of control sound if speaker can deliver more kick...

Actually my priority was to keep it as clean as possible. The old version had more upper bass but tended to sound boomy thanks to this and it also distorted with some tracks. With the new version the bass is way more satisfying even indoors.
