HOMEBASED DAYCARE MOD - UPDATE (Patreon)

Need a small delay to complete the mod.  Posting Sunday morning. The mod will bring a Daycare Owner trait with 16 new social interaction you can use with children in your daycare.  To operate the business I'm creating a social event with custom interactions.  This is new to me so figuring that out.  I've got the event and goals to show up but they're just not completing when you run the interaction.  The social event will spawn children and toddlers so you'll have your hands full.
