How to setup the comedy club.  Download the comedy club lot:  https://www.patreon.com/posts/comedy-club-58105029  Set the venue type to lounge and add the comedy club lot trait.  The lot trait will loot you a random amount up to $1500 every time you leave.  Note: if you leave the lot through the keyboard shortcut "m" it will not loot the payment.
