Use the Simrealist Private Practice mod to make this a functional hospital you can get sick and visit.

Two story hospital.  The first floor has a emergency waiting room, break room, nurses intake station, doctor's office, emergency room, research room and bathrooms.  Top floor has a nurses station, operating room, and patient rooms.

Very nice, but my game keeps removing stuff when I place the lots 😶

Make sure to use the bb.moveobjects cheat before you place the lot. I used items from a variety of packs and if you don't have that pack it won't show up. Sometimes the game will do that for some reason and I have no clue why. I hope this helps in some way though.
