Ownable Brothels Mod adds new dedicated brothels for The Sims 4.  You can purchase a brothel from your home computer, recruit prostitutes, and earn a daily operation rate of $2000.

How To Setup A BrothelCreate a brothel or use the Sleazy Motel build to run the brothel from. Make sure there are plenty of rooms for the prostitutes to work and your own office with a  computer.

Give the lot the Brothel venue type.

Note:  If you do not see this lot venue type appear, try a different venue list.  If that doesn't work give the lot the generic venue type and it should work the same as long as your Sim has the Brothel Keeper CAS Lifestyle Trait.

NoteThe venue reverts back to Generic.  This is normal to see the venue type as Generic after purchasing.

In CAS give your Sim the Brothel Keeper Trait located in the lifestyle section.

How To Purchase The BrothelUsing a computer, find the Brothel menu and Purchase Brothel interaction.  This will take you to the retail purchase UI.  Purchase the brothel and transfer money to the business.  Do not use any of the retail UI except sell the business.

How To Run A BrothelHead over to your office and hire a few prostitutes.  You can hire up to 8 at a time.  Now you're ready to open the brothel.

How To Play With The Wicked WhimsFirst use the computer interaction Open Brothel from the Brothel menu.  This will spawn the  sex buyers.  Use the Invite Prostitutes to spawn the prostitutes you recruited.

There are a couple of Wicked Whims sex settings that need to be enabled in order to have your prostitutes have sex with the sex buyers.  Click on a double bed, Wicked Menu, settings, sex settings, cheats.  Make sure Always Accept Sex is enabled.  Enable Change Sex Location Anywhere.  Most important, enable Manual NPC Sims Sex.  Now you can control your prostitutes to have sex with the sex buyers.

You can have multiple NPC sex situations happening at the same time, keeping all your prostitutes busy in the brothel.

Make sure you have plenty of sex animations to keep sex buyers entertained with options.

Recruit prostitutes through the social menu, friendly pie menu.  This will give them a hidden trait.  You can recruit up to 4 prostitutes.  Currently no interaction to remove them.  Coming soon.

There's a chance the Sim you're trying to recruit will reject the recruitment.

Brothel Menu - Purchase, Open, Close, Invite Prostitutes.  Open Brothel will spawn 4 Sex buyers.  Close Brothel will force all Sims to leave the lot, even prostitutes.  Collect Payment every 24 hours

NOTEThe following images are from the Wicked Whims Sex Mod.  A separate mod for the brothel service gameplay.  You'll need to download the Wicked Whims Mod from the provided link above and have enough sex animations you can find on the LoverLab.com website.  https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download  Scroll down on the Wicked Whims download page to find suggested sex animations.

How To Install-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.-Requires the latest version of Sims 4-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use-Do not claim this mod as your own-Do not re-upload to any site-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.

If you experience issues with the mod please let me know.

This is a stability update.  I will need to know if you experience issues such as missing interactions. This will let me know how to further improve the mod, and which modding tools or methods aren't working.

There's also a desk glitch, try using a table instead of a desk if computer interactions aren't showing up properly.

so i am unable to pull up the menu at all :( i did put it on a table as well, re-installed etc. i also downloaded sexy gigs at the same time, and that however is showing up.

Is it possible I could just stick with ownable brothels part 1 as I prefer the way that was presented? ..this new update is a little confusing for me even though a bit more realistic as far as not having to stay on the computer but I just prefer how it originally was

Have you been able to get any interactions on the computer?

There isn't a mood test on the interactions so really not sure why that's happening for you. Try with just the mod to see if there's a possible conflict with something. Remember not to save.

I couldn't get this to work or show up in my game, beyond selecting the Brothel Keeper aspiration in CAS. I ran Better Exceptions and it said that this was conflicting. I just updated a lot of other mods yesterday too. I'm also pretty new to mods and whatnot, so maybe it's something I'm doing, lol.

There isn't a brothel aspiration with this mod. There's a Brothel Keeper trait. What exactly isn't working. Be very specific.

Sorry, I meant trait! I give them the trait, but the brothel menu doesn't come up on the computer, so I can't have the sim buy a brothel or do anything with it. It just doesn't come up on any computer.

Is your game updated to the latest version. Also make sure you've setup the brothel venue before trying to purchase. Try placing the computer on a kitchen table see if that helps.

Hi, I bought a brothel, went down to the office in the cellar and I had the option to open the brothel and invite hired prostitutes but there was no option to hire. Am I missing something? Thank you

Hi there! I love your mods, but I don't have either of the record label or brother venue types available as types for some reason despite having the most recent versions of both mods and no conflicts found. Any ideas?

If it will not populate the custom venues then just set them to generic. You can purchase them or skip the purchasing process and playout the mod on a purely generic lot. Even with purchasing the venues they revert back to generic. I hope this helps.

Hey when i go sleazy hotel and click the computer the brothel option is not poping up but when i send the sims back home it pops up its the same thing for the apartment mod too?

2026-09-07 04:00 I tried this mod out, I gave myself the brothel trait, but when i save it, it automatically changes to "Socially Awkward" and won't stick to my sim. Any idea why?

I am so bummed. I can't get this mod to work. I tried everything. I don't see "Buy a Brothel" on any of the computers or the tablets that I purchased. My current game play would benefit if I can get this mod working.

I don't know that's happening. Try a different save, see if that helps. But that's just a guess.

Skip the brothel purchase and give the lot a generic venue type.

You can also try changing the desk and chair combo. Sometimes that will help. Have one computer on the lot.

Ok I have 3 computers on my home lot. I will delete 2 of them. If I give the lot a generic type can I still hire prostitutes?

If the interactions show up on the computer, yes. See if the new desk, chair combo, and one computer works.

Thank you! I downloaded the newest one and deleted the old one. Unfortunately it is still not showing :(. Perhaps its clashing with WW or Nisas Perversions? I dont have any other mods.
