Changelog:-Updated Sugar Date Trait - Some players reported the cas trait would not remain on their Sim.  Potential fix.

This mod adds the custom Sugar Dating Aspiration to The Sims 4.

Getting StartedGive your Sim the Sugar Date Trait in CAS and The Sugar Dating Aspiration.

How To Create Sugar PartnersClick on a Sim, select "Create Sugar Partner" from the Actions menu. This interaction is always present. This interaction may have a positive or negative reaction but the Sim you select is a Sugar Partner.  Meaning the Sugar Dating social menu will appear on them.

Tip:  Before you go on a Sugar Date, create a Sugar Partnership and build up the friendship and maybe a little romance.  The Sugar Date interactions are mostly romantic and will fail without a little prior history.

Sugar Date Social EventSelect your Sugar Baby, pick a sugar partner, and a location like a bar or restaurant.  You'll need a location with at least a bathroom, and the ability to eat something.

Goal the event to earn a little extra money.

Level 1Acquired The Sugar Baby Skill

Level 2Unlocked the active listener social interaction.

Level 3Can ask for extra money.

Level 4Can offer extra sugar.

Level 5Unlocked the Hint you want expensive gift social interaction.

Level 6Unlocked offer Deep Companionship social interaction.

Level 7Unlocked stay safe social menu interactions.

Level 8Unlocked Sugarless social menu interactions.

Level 9Unlocked offer deep affection social interaction.

Level 10Unlocked Hint you want rent money social interaction.

The icon for this skill has been added.  If you don't see it please let me know.

Sugar Dating Aspiration

Most interactions are romantic but some are mean and mischief.  All social interaction from the Stay Safe menu are mean.  Attack Sugar Partner is a fight interaction.

How To Install-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.-Requires the latest version of Sims 4

Terms Of Use-Do not claim this mod as your own-Do not re-upload to any site-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables

Oh can you add more to the mod? Like gives gifts or be able to have access to the their household funds and spend it

Custom gifts from the sugar partner? Sugar Baby to access the partners household funds?

The custom gifts can get added. I'll have to look into removing directly from household funds. I thinks it's just a line you add but not sure. I'll also add more gameplay over time as well. Much more coming to this.

It's scheduled for an update for added gameplay. However it's in development and can't get released until everything is figured out.

I have both the trait and the aspiration equipped. Not sure why it isn't working...

Now i'm unable to select my own sim for the sugar date. I also can't find the give extra money interaction.

Filter by household. That should bring up your Sim.

I can't do a lot of the interactions it is asking to keep leveling up, like ask for money. the only options I have are extra sugar & sweet talk. but I haven't found an interaction that lets me ask for money.

Ask for extra money is level 3 I think. Use the available interactions to level up.

when I select the trait in cas and then go to play the game the trait is gone and replaced with a base game trait. I deleted the mod and reinstalled it and its the same problem.

Couple of things to check first. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, and you have script mods check in game settings. Let me know if this helped.

yeah everything's updated and I have the script mods activated, my other script mods work just not this one. In short no it didn't work

I'm going to see if a small update to the trait might make it work for you. That'll be Sat or Sun. It could be the trait species that's not specified for human Sims.

I've updated the Sugar Date trait. Please try this trait to see if it remains on your Sim. If it doesn't I'll keep trying to figure out the reason.

I don't have a fix for that particular issue currently. It's ongoing and I'm still trying to figure it out. It's one of the issues that happens to a few players for some reason. You could try a different save, and try the event from a residential lot. That might help.

See if you can get the trait using mc command center. Please let me know if you try that and it works. I might have to change the trait into gameplay trait or something along those lines. Looking into this currently.

I can’t select my sim for a sugar date. I tried to filter by household and it still will not show up. Everything for the game is updated correctly.

hi im having trouble creating a sugar partner, i have the sugar baby asperation but anytime i click actions on another sim the sugar partnership option doesnt appear

There's a new version coming out soon. All of my aspirations are broken until fixed for the last few patches.
