FAMILY GAMEPLAY MOD - BROKEN (Patreon)

Getting Started

In CAS give all family or household members the "All In The Family" lifestyle trait.  This trait will unlock all required settings and interactions that household members can use with each other.

All In The Family Trait-Required to complete family social events-Required to build the Family Bonding Skill-Required for the Tight Knit Family Aspiration-New social menus and interactions for family events

Tight Knit Family Aspiration -Good Family Communicator CAS Trait

Interactions appear from the Bonding menu behind the main Family menu.  Use available bonding interactions to skill up.

Goals-Share past family memory (family bonding skill level 3)-Share a private moment (family bonding skill level 2)-Reach family bonding skill level 3

-Tell a funny story-Give a friendly hug-Reach family bonding skill level 6

-Take a photo with a household member-Play video games with a household member (Party Frenzy On Console)-Reach family bonding skill level 9

Acquired the family bonding skill

Level 2 Can share a private moment with family members

Level 3Can share a past family memory

Level 4Can share a dark family secret

Level 5Can Protect the family name

Level 6Can make future family plans

Level 7Can open up about a personal problem to a family member

Level 8Can apologize for family drama

Level 9Can offer family bonding session

Level 10Can offer emotional boost to family members

Dynamic Relationship Settings

You can set each household member's family traits by self clicking on the Sim your playing as.  They'll have the "Dynamic Relationship Settings" menu.  There are 4 key areas you can adjust.

-Subcultures

Family Drama Traits (add and remove)

-Alcoholism

-Abusiveness (Conflicts with nurturer)

-Drug Addiction

-Family Business

-Selfishness  (Conflicts with nurturer)

-Worry Wart

Family Roles (add and remove)

-Black Sheep

-Golden Child

-Nurturer  

Disabilities (add and remove)

-Traumatic Brain Injury

-Back Injury

-Heart Problems

Subcultures (add and remove)

-Metaphysical

-Hustle Culture

-Dark And Edgy

Each trait unlocks a social menu and interactions. Over 160 social interactions.

The Family BusinessWith this trait you can run The Family Business.  Set up any kind of business on a generic lot.  From a basegame computer (all in one pc) Open, Close, and Collect payments.

How To Install-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.-Requires the latest version of Sims 4-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use-Do not claim this mod as your own-Do not re-upload to any site-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.

is the family dynamic only for teens and older? i cant make my child the black sheep in the family.

Black sheep isn't restricted from children. Not sure why it won't work on them.

When I click the family dynamic and go to add family drama for a child, it doesn’t even pop up the screen to show which dynamic I want. If I do it for the adults it’s fine

Hi, how do I get the family dynamic setting to pop up? it isn't showing when I self click like suggested.

I can't open the dynamic relationship settings. I can get as far as 'Add A Subculture' or 'Add Family Drama' but the pop-ups to actually add stuff doesn't show up. And there no computer widget for the family gameplay mod at all. All sims in the household have both the aspiration and trait for the mod.

Yes it'll get updated. This one needs a complete makeover and it's taking a while. I don't know when exactly it'll be ready.
