Over the past seven years, I have of course been the sole artist of JamesRPGArt, painting over 300+ animated scenes that you are all here for.

I am consistently looking at ways to grow JamesRPGArt without having to double or triple my painting workload. I recently have come across the idea of potentially bringing in one or two artists to contribute fantasy (or perhaps sci-fi? modern?) scenes to the JamesRPGArt space - moving more into an art studio brand - perhaps you could call it a guild, each of us with our own unique art style.

I picture it looking something like this:

Artist 1: New scene every Monday

Artist 2: New scene every Wednesday

James (Me): Continuing to paint new scenes every Friday

Before I seriously considered this idea, I thought who better to float this idea with than my own Patrons..

So, what do you think? Would you be interested in more scenes in general or are you only interested in more scenes in my art style? Would the additional artists' scenes need to be animated or would you be happy with additional still image scenes?

James, I really enjoy your art style plus your scene animations are very good. I’ve been using your Curse of Strahd scenes for years now. I like the idea of more scenes, but I’m a little concerned of different styles. Not that I’m against it and I may really like them. I’m also concerned how this could affect Patreon fees. Do you see your fees going up to pay for additional artists? Also, it was really hard to choose just one thing to vote.

While more scenes could be amazing and I love to use animated ones for cutscenes, travel or to set the mood I think prize is also a thing on my mind. More artists mean potentially more cost and budgeting is something on my mind.

Secret option! I want you to have fun and enjoy the work you've done for this community. Your talent is inspiring, please have a lovely day and I hope the career only grows to make you happier and keep your future secure

Difficult to say. I agree with the other members in supporting the way you feel better. That said, I joined the Patreon for the animated scenes, being that different from others, so I would like to see them at least as the main part (perfectly everything). Of course, I am not against having more content for the same price (if sustainable for you), and not against different styles, although it would be nice to see it before judging. Again, your style is part of the reason I'm here, but I guess other styles could fit with yours.

I’d love more content and different artists, but the reality of it is that I can only afford so much every month, and am already happy with your current output and cadence.

The visual continuity has been one of the main reasons I have stayed subscribed

I like the idea of more artists jumping in to expand the library. I say bring on whomever you want/need, however, my personal caveats would be: - So long as it doesn't put additional stress on you to manage or commit to. - The price stays within the same range as it is. I would not be opposed to a small $1-2 increase if it meant a consistent weekly increase in posts. - The artists were proving their own settings. IE don't mix different art styles within a campaign/setting.

If bringing on more artists/art pieces does not affect the price or your output, I'd say it's great to bring in more artists. But personally I can't raise my pledge, so I'd have to have the option to only get access to your work if there is an increase. And the ability to filter by artist would be a must with more artists.

Above all I am satisfied with the current 1 scene/week but the option of scifi scenes would be appreciated if it existed

I’m a first day Patreon and, like Tony, i think that we like YOUR unique style. They are tons of other styles we could patreonize but we are here for you. So new artists ? I dont know. And of course with the world going crazy and the economic situation of the most part of the world, increasing any price is a bad idea.

I'm really really really fine with mixed styles. With you helming it I feel certain that all of the releases would be quality, and I would happily pay more for double or triple the output. This is an exciting prospect to me.
