Gates of Barovia - Still Image (Patreon)

Well here we are, back into Ravenloft with the gates of barovia. There is obviously some amazing art of this location in the book, I think maybe the only location that has a full landscape artwork. So, I felt hesitant ever doing my own version of the gates. I do love the grand scale of the wall and gates in the image in the book, but I always felt they were a little over the top, so I wanted to do something a little more realistic in my version. Other than that I tried to stick as close to the description as possible, how did I do?

Thanks again to all my patrons, I just had my first week working on my artwork every day and it was everything I could have dreamed it would be! I am having so much fun making these at home now and I plan to increase my schedule to one image a week so I'll start getting a lot more content out there.
