Port City Docks - Still Image (Patreon)

Another location from my personal world (Still coming up with a name for this land. Ideas?), the city docks. One of the main themes of this world which I've described before, is that the new peoples who arrived on these shores around 10 generations ago discovered the many existing but abandoned structures of an ancient alien race. These many structures and sometimes entire cities are very much infused with ancient magics that the new folk have no control over and possess almost no knowledge of magic in general. Still, they have spread throughout the new land and built their own buildings and towns using their own comparatively primitive architecture. I like the juxtaposition in style between the old and new civilizations architecture and knowledge and I tried to make this quite clear in this location and which should be obvious in any city in my world. I'm enjoying this process of slowly fleshing out a world through my art, and I hope to do many more of these and potentially write my own setting book in the future where I can explore these ideas even further.
