Kizu Portrait wip (Patreon)

I decided to revisit and redesign Kizu, the protagonist of Project B.E., as well as his species’ creature design.

The concept always oscillated between mainly feline (a lion) or canine (pitbull), but when I changed the species of feline to a jaguar instead, the design became or organic, more seamless, and distinct from its original inspirations. Though I can’t predict the results of future exploration, I’m fairly confident Kizu’s species has finally found their aesthetic foundation.
