Seb's moral code is clearly easily swayed. On team Eren when he kills innocent people in Marley because "they are the enemy" and "its the casualties of war" but when Eren suddenly starts going against his own people all of a sudden Seb has a problem with it. Also now he is trying to justify his opinion by saying Armin "accidnetally" killed those people in Marley. No Armin intentioanlly killed those people in Marley, Armin has a higher casualty count then Eren but because Armin feels bad and isnt going against his team, according to Seb Armin is a-ok in his books.

on another note, it was Floch and the yaegerists who organised the bomb, Eren didnt have anything to do with that, he wasnt shocked about it though. the military was also attempting to steal erens founding titan powers so techincally they betrayed Eren first so why wouldnt he defend himself

I'm really enjoying watching your reactions and discussions. I am Japanese, so I often find the Sub's content to be poorly informed, but I like to learn by seeing how they are translated into English. Especially with regard to the subject of a sentence, Japanese can suggest many possibilities without clearly expressing it, but in English, a clear subject is often necessary. It's interesting! I'd love it if you could pump up the posting frequency a bit more as it's so much fun!

These are the kinds of discussions I like. Much more of this please

When Eren killed innocents in Marley, we knew much less about his plans and just how far gone they were from the islands plans, and killing people on your own side has always been viewed differently from killing innocents on the enemies side. Seb doesn't think that Eren potentially creating a civil war is a good idea, simple as that. But you, being petty, are always looking for some sort of excuse to complain about him in the comments, whilst still giving your money to him. Eren forced Armin's hand when it came to Armin killing loads of people. It was Eren who instigated that whole attack on Marley.

This is the conversation I was waiting for!!!

Hippopi

Seb is how most people are though.

Hippopi

To be fair, they were planning to kill Eren first.

Hippopi

Seb is weirdly angry about Eren's actions compared to everyone else. Also "He's not on the good side any more" - Guys, THERE IS NO GOOD SIDE.

Sean Carroll

Seb is stupid, we’ve known that for a while now

Charlie is on to the whole point of the jaegerists, you need a devil to lead you in war. And Armin has said it before too that a person who isn't willing to give up their humanity can't change anything. Floch said the same thing about Erwin. You need someone who will do what it takes to win and that's eren. The current leadership had years to come up with a solution and didn't. It's time to let someone else take the reins. There is no right or wrong in this show, just which path you think is best

Seb changed up so fast its giving me whip lash lmao. Also neither side is technically right or wrong but y'all are ignoring the premier was an absolute psychopath that made a human centipide esque torture device for his own pleasure and was plotting to kill eren as he was bombed lol. Also the bomb was all Floch, Eren was in prison how was he involved with this?

It's not the type of show where they defeat the enemy with power of friendship and kindness, and that's why its amazing and realistic
