We noticed there's a Special 1 & Special 2 episode at the end of Season 4 on CrunchyRoll, however these's also a movie called "THE LAST ATTACK". It seems like its the special episodes combined.

How do you guys want us to watch it?

Watch the former option - Attack On Titan the Final,which is divided into parts.

From what I understand, some scenes were cut for the movie. I would prefer the whole thing so you guys don’t miss anything. But of course that’s your call.

Id prefer doing special 1 and 2. It will give you time for discussion between each half of the finale.

1+2 for sure, gives time for discussion and supposedly there are scenes cut for the movie to make it fit more in the format. Edit: no deleted scenes, my bad

I think the last attack got better quality and has a post credit scene that the special hasn't. but it will feel to much because you'll reviewing almost 2,5 hours. if you want to have a good discussion I think go with specials version, but if you able to watch that long and adding some discussion you guys should prepare at least 3-4 hours.

There are no scenes cut from the movie. They just don’t replay the plane scene for chapter 3.

Have you seen it? It’s the same thing. Minus part 1’s ending theme credit & the replay of the plane scene. Plus it adds the new after credit. I’m confused as to why it wouldn’t be recommended.

The last Attack Movie is how the Director originally wanted to release the specials as people have said it has the most updated animation(not a crazy difference) but still updated nonetheless and there is a little extra after credit scene thats not in the separate specials

Oh I’ve heard from multiple people that some of the scenes were shortened for the movie and it doesn’t flow as smoothly for that, but like I said whatever they want to do. It’s their channel.

Absolutely the movie! People saying to split it are wild when it’s got slightly better animation, no repeated scenes, and the special end-credit scene!

I watched it in live, so I have a strong attachment to 1+2, and I wanted to recommend that you watch it, but judging from the comments of other supporters, The Last Attack is not so bad, in fact, it seems to be better?

Hey, just finished the show with my mom! The specials are spilt into chapters! The last attack is all the chapters in one go (chapters 1&2, 3&4) plus an extra post credit scene. For those suggesting the 2 specials for discussion I’d recommend just pausing the last attack to discuss after chapter 2 where the first special ends to discuss so you guys also get the updated animation for your first watch. They are the exact same thing and think it’s the best compromise
