This does get explained better later on but reverse cursed technique is both a technique to heal and a way to reverse your own techniques. Black flash is just the application of cursed energy in a small fraction of time. They aren't the same

What happened to the apron guy (Juzo) is that Gojo’s passive technique, Infinity, which always exists between him and others, stopping anything from directly reaching him(which I have forgotten you already know about😅). Gojo used a controlled application of his technique, Limitless, to subtly distort the space around Juzo. This manipulation twisted Juzo’s limbs, without Gojo even needing to physically act. The ability Gojo used is part of his inherited technique known as Limitless, which allows him to manipulate space at an atomic level. It’s better explained later on in the series🙏❤️ Also Blue 🔵is a technique that pulls space inwards (That’s why it looked like a portal or some sort of black hole) while red 🔴explodes space outwardly. I think Itadori matched Nanami's record right? Becouse it was about consecutive hit's of Black Flash, meaning in a row, hit after hit after hit, all of those are Black Flash. His first one in the river last episode doesn't count to those ''consecutive hit's'' coz it was like 10 minutes ago. So he did 4 in a row (matching Nanami's record), but 5 in one day

It's crazy how fast Itadori learns btw. His first move ''Divergent Fist'' was his cursed energy lagging behind his physical strength and speed, coz of his poor control over his cursed energy. Black Flash if im not mistaken is simply releasing cursed energy at the exact moment of impact which requires super precise curse energy control. So he went from being bad at it to matching the world record on cursed energy manipulation

A reminder guys, it's been mentioned before when Nanami was teaching Itadori that their techniques are more effective if they reveal it to their opponent. It's like making a pact with your cursed energy that you sacrifice the advantage of keeping the technique secret to receive a power boost in exchange.

I love that the world of JJK is basically structured just like a MOBA or fighting videogame. All the mechanics of jujutsu sorcery are explained so the viewer understands how cursed energy can be used. Todo is naming Hanami's attacks and finding hard counters to them. Each character has a unique technique and fighting style. It's a shame that the actual JJK videogame is apparently kinda mid.
