I think no eul (no11) just wanted to give the losing players a quick death bc the organ harvesting actually prolongs their suffering + the organ harvester doesnt use any anesthetics. No.11 also says when she was hired her job was to quickly put them out their misery and so shes just following her orders. im pretty sure the organ harvesting is done in secret without the frontman or vips knowledge whatsoever so its also “illegal” in the pretense of the work theyre hired for

I also agree with yall, i feel more attached to the characters in s2. We get more diverse character backgrounds and demographics, i cant wait to see who each of yall get most attached to over time!

By the way, this cast is honestly the most expensive everrr!! All these main characters are played by A-list actors and singers—most of them are actually leads in their own dramas. Such a super impressive lineup! 🙌 And I totally agree with y’all, I feel way more attached to the characters in Season 2. The diverse backgrounds and demographics make it so much more engaging. Can’t wait to see which characters each of you end up most attached to as the story goes on!

I also wanted to talk about Hyun‑ju, the trans woman in Season 2. She’s such a well-written character, showing courage, intelligence, and struggles beyond just being trans (her backstory will be revealed in the next episodes!). The actor playing her is Park Sung‑hoon, and I really admire him—his performances in both "Queen of Tears" and "Squid Game" are amazing, and he worked on both series at the same time. Unfortunately, he faced a lot of criticism and hate for this role. There has been controversy over casting a cisgender actor instead of a trans actress, but the director Hwang Dong‑hyuk explained that there are very few openly trans actors in South Korea, especially willing to take such a high-profile role. Park Sung‑hoon approached the role with care, avoiding stereotypes and portraying Hyun‑ju as a full, multifaceted person.

the people just didnt notice player 001 isnt in the first game because they're all just clueless. so first game, only 455 people played. they didnt know. they didnt care. so when they came back to the room no one noticed 001 just came in and wasnt in the first game. they were not that "into the game" yet until they start seeing the money

inho's wife is dead (in episode 1 or 2 junho went to inhos wife grave to put new flowers) but there is a theory that everything he said to gihun was the reason he went into the games in 2015 and he was just saying it again so no one would think anything
