lesssgoooo ‼️‼️‼️

Cast must've been outrageously expensive, since most of these actors usually play main roles

I loved Gi-Hun's character. The only thing I didn't like is that they left space for an American continuaton. I feel like America's gonna ruin this. As Charlie said, I don't know if I'd watch the American version of it

eun플리

Why Americans don't play their own games? Surely they got sth from childhood or so

JS

David Fincher is going to be director, have faith.

If you guys can, please react to the behind the scenes for both seasons. (S2 and S3 are one season split)

Guys, I really loved your reaction to the series. I don’t usually comment, but the ending stuck with me. It was painful, but honestly it felt like the only ending that made sense. I saw a lot of theories after finishing it, and one that really clicked was how the police never arriving in time reflects real life, where authority often fails in the moments that matter most. The VIPs being from powerful countries also reinforced that idea that the rich and powerful always find a way to get away with exploiting the vulnerable. What made the ending perfect for me was Gi-hun. He didn’t just survive, he proved the Frontman wrong. Even in a place as brutal as the Squid Game, compassion still exists and people can choose to be good. That last line, “We are not horses, we are humans. Humans are…”, and then stopping, hit hard. Maybe he couldn’t finish because there isn’t a simple answer. Humans aren’t just good or bad, we’re capable of both, and what really matters is the choices we make. Amazing reaction! I really enjoyed it👏💜

Ohoh

The “humans are…” from gi hun was powerful because it was up to interpretation. In this show we’ve seen humans sacrifice, manipulate, selfish, compassionate, etc

Ohoh

I love how you guys tried to predict EVERY possible outcome, but didn’t predict what actually happened 😭 I was also not expecting that ending

aurora

Also the last lines of Gi-hun can be seen like he’s not just telling Front Man humans are not horses that people can vote on, but to all of us because in the end you guys and us, everyone who watched this series, was cheering for someone and wanted some characters to win, so is kinda like without realizing all of us were VIPs in some kind of way, and for me this was the realization that shocked me and made me love this series so much. Plus, it shows people something they didn’t expect, because I think everyone of us wanted a different ending, but like this it shows you that things don’t always go how you want them to. Such beautiful meanings for me that I really love this series. But yeah I get the disappointment in no conflict between the brothers but also between front man and Gi Hun. (Fun fact is thanks to squid game that at the start of the year, when the second season came out, I got into Korean culture and then I found BTS🥹). Anyway guys I loved each one of your reactions to this, keep going and thank you☺️💜

Would love to have seen you guys talk about the first half of the first episode with that moment between Gi-Hun and BitCoin man as you call him. Like THE ACTING was crazy right. I was screaming PUSH THE BUTTON GUYS! the same as you

Fern Edwards

What did you guys think of Gi-Hun’s ‘we are not horses, we are humans and humans are….’ 👀 I just adore this theme of episode 1 season 1 started with him betting on horses, then later Frontman talks to Gi-Hun about people as horses, and the VIPs bet on them like horses, so that ending just hit hard. He truly said F you all were humans not here for your entertainment and he left them all shocked

Personally I’m ignoring the fact there’s an American one for now and focusing on this as the finale of squid games as a story we’ve followed for years. I think it could have done with some fixing but I liked the fact we didn’t get a satisfying ending and it just carried on and perhaps frontman just carries on elsewhere, because the whole show has always been a metaphor for humanity, the old man’s view of humans being selfish, and you know what… society can be selfish and capitalism corrupts and yeah we do still live in an unfair world and I think that’s why they captured the ‘unfairity’ of it then ultimately everyone died, the vips escaped, workers escaped, frontman escaped and no one was brought to justice. So think about the message behind it I think Frontman is interesting because I think perhaps yes there’s regret, Gi-Hun was the first one to really make him question everything. Frontman was once a father and husband and he lost them both. That’s why he still cared for the baby to be looked after, but I also think he’s come so far he’s not going back (as you saw with his brother) like at this point he’s dead to him. Maybe there’s regrets but my thoughts on the car was that the recruiter knows him or like you said she knows he knows what’s happening, and I think he’s watching on knowing that it’s ongoing but is choosing to either turn a blind eye because he’s not involved this time.. OR he’s in charge of the whole damn thing still. I think he’s changing as a person but I wouldn’t be surprised if this is him done now as an actor for squid game and it’s the end of his chapter. He’s righted some wrongs and he’s gone into hiding and that Gi-Hun has made him consider stepping back.. but knows even if he does… clearly it’s still ongoing

The cast for this show was crazy right

Fern Edwards

According to Google ‘the unfinished phrase "We are not horses. We are humans. And humans are..." spoken by Gi-hun in the Season 3 finale, signifies that humanity is too complex and contradictory to define in a single line, challenging viewers to ponder what being human truly means, contrasting selfish survival with compassionate sacrifice, and highlighting how society dehumanizes people like animals for profit’

Fern Edwards

I highly recommend watching ‘Squid Game in Conversation’ on Netflix ! It’s 30 mins, the director with Gi-Hun and Frontman’s actor discussing the finale, the show, some behind the scenes clips. It’s brilliant!!

eun플리
