Look how confident seb is, talking about how the previous demon from the last episode is one of the twelve and how the two kids are demons. Man, this guy is on another level.

Anime is boring.

So the misconception about the red light district back then and courtesans is that courtesans were not necessarily prostitutes actually the vast majority of them were not they had skills and were trained in certain aspects of entertainment meaning reading poetry, literature, movies, having a conversation basically think of it as being able to find a partner for the night to entertain you in a non-sexual way meaning if you can think about it they had it that's why it was common for you to see kids and stuff in those areas and yes courtesans the lower ones would or could offer sex but it was not the majority of their role that is why some courtesans can literally sell their virginity if they get up in high rank enough to not only buy their freedom but also be able to buy a mansion or higher prestige in life. That is why they were never allowed to be alone with a client; it was always the rule of 3 or group settings.

I hope as battle begins, you can watch more episodes in a row

eun플리

This Era is like in 1920s+-

You don't look surprised by the fact he's got 3 wives 😂

Kiara

G. A

Fav arc for sure!!

🍪

yes baddies enter the chat

Yashu

Yeah he's sometimes to eager to brand people as demon's, kinda ruined the moment in the movie with Rengoku and his mom

Simone⁷

demons are rarer than they think lol

Monica

If I understand correctly I think it’s a bit more complex than simple prostitution. Yes, it’s a brothel, but the women are also entertainers. (Music, dance, poetry, etc.) Depending on the “rank” of the women, they were able to choose to engage in physical intimacy with their clients. The higher the rank, the more autonomy they had. And yes, girls were sold there at a very young age, but they did not do things with clients until a certain age. The young girls are mostly there to train and serve, I believe. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I have not brushed up on my history in a while.

komispo

i wish they would watch the theme songs at least once at the end of the season,, they're super well done

chanel

Diana

you guys need to do 2 in one for your own enjoyment especially with animes since they only are 20 mins an episode
