I just finished the last episode and want to say that there is a very good reason as to why characters keep coming back which if you don't get by the end of this season I'll write a comment for. Love the reactions though 💗

Off topic, but have you considered watching Lord of the Rings? I highly recommend

there’s not really a reason for it other than plot armor

or i mean, you could say there is a reason for it, but it’s not something that clearly explains why certain people survive. you kind of have to go really deep into what the borderlands actually are to understand why some people don’t die. so i’d say it makes more sense to focus on what the borderlands really are rather than just asking why they don’t die, because once you understand what they represent, it becomes pretty obvious why some survive. season 3 especially makes it easier to understand since it goes much deeper into the whole concept of the borderlands.

I mean I'd love to go into an explanation for why some people die and others don't but unfortunately it would have heavy spoilers which I don't want to do because while I know there's definitely some plot armour I don't believe that it's the main reason as to why these people are surviving. I'd love to talk further about my opinions if you'd like, I just don't want to here.
