So here's how that goes. Choso and Itadori are brothers. There are some dialogs you guys missed to clue you in on how they are related. In season 3 episode 1. Choso told him to think about it, one of his parents has to have a scar on their forehead. In episode 2 after Yuta knocks out Choso and offers to heal the Zenin clan guy, there is a flashback of Yuji as a baby, where is dad was holding him in his arms and his grandfather was warning his dad to stay away from a woman, then a woman walked through the door with a scar on her forehead.

I’ve been WAITING for y’all to get to this episode! So at the very beginning when Kenjaku (fake Geto) is talking to the girl and said “thanks for being nice to my son” — Kenjaku’s son IS Itadori. A couple episodes ago, when Yuji had that dream before he woke up where he was with Yuta, he saw his dad, grandpa, and a woman. Yuji’s dad was arguing with his grandpa when Gramps told him to be careful of his wife. The woman in that flashback had black hair and stitching that was almost entirely healed up on his forehead. Basically, what Kenjaku did was he inhabited Yuji’s dad’s wife’s body, got pregnant and gave birth to Yuji. So Yuji is literally Kenjaku’s son. I highly recommend going back to the second episode just to watch that dream that Itadori has to pay attention to the woman in it specifically. Also, the girl that he was leading out of the colony is Yuji’s friend from his first school that he saved in the very first episode of the series when they were in the occult club together, before Itadori ate the first Sukuna finger!

The previous Kenjaku host was Kaori Itadori thats Yuji mom,now he's inside Geto and way way back his previous host was Noritoshi Kamo an evil Sorcerer and that's how Itadori and Choso are brothers in a way,Yuji and Choso are not blood-related, but they were both "created" by Kenjaku inhabiting different bodies.

There’s a short flashback showing itadori’s mother with stitches on her head, Kenjaku, the sorcerer inside Geto has the ability to switch bodies, so you can make your assumptions from there

And regarding Choso and Itadori being related- it was posed so that viewers thought initially in season 2 that the memories of Itadori being Choso’s brother were fabricated. But at the very end of season 2 when Choso came back to help Yuji and the others try to fight Kenjaku, Choso talked about how he has 3 parents: his mother who was pregnant with him, his biological father, and then “the man who got his blood involved” (or something to that extent, not verbatim). That man was Kenjaku, who we know is also the being that gave birth to Yuji. Choso referred to him as Noritoshi Kamo in the final episode of season 2, but Kenjaku even says then something about how he’s lived hundreds of years and had many names, so call him whatever. So Kenjaku is the link between Choso and Yuji being blood brothers. He got pregnant and gave birth to Yuji because the brain inhabited Jin Itadori’s (Yuji’s dad) dead wife, just like he did to Geto after his fight with Yuta. And then a long time prior to that, he partially “fathered” Choso as well.

Choso is half human, half curse. He was born of a human mother that was impregnated by a cursed spirit, one of Kenjaku’s experiments. Definitely take a look at that flashback of that chat between Yuji’s dad and grandpa. And especially the mother that is shown.

Oh so you missed it xD If you go back to that flashback of Itadori's grandpa and father you'll see his mother had stitches on her forehead. So it would seem Kenjaku literally gave birth to Itadori when he was in his mother's body. Weird situation here, Itadori and Choso are in fact brothers, both sons of Kenjaku, but for Choso Kenjaku is his father when for Itadori Kenjaku is his mother lul

One more thing coz im not sure if you got that (If u did just ignore me)- Not all Player's are willing participants, Kenjaku awakened cursed techniques in some people making them sorcerers and fed cursed objects to other people making them incarnate into sorcerers from the past, and only those 2 groups of people are forced to being a Player. 3rd group are sorcerers and non-sorcerers who were like ''yup i wanna join and kill people for fun''. So not everyone in those Colonies is there of their own free will. Like Remi here, she probably had her technique awakend by Kenjaku so she is forced to be a Player

You did see the parents in itadori's flashback after Yuta killed him and his mom had stitches on her head. That is why Yuji and Choso are brothers. Same parent (the brain)

I am crying so hard rn cause now they are so confused We all explained the relationship between Kenjaku and Itadori since like ending of season 2 and beginning of season 3 but they never read the comments 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠. I actually sent a message to these guys trying to explain it without any spoilers and they never read my messages 😒
