Continuing the bonus release of the pilot issue, a little background of this was that we had a BIG story we were trying to tell in a small and simple way. Since we were busy learning how to do this, we admittedly relied a bit on the hotness while we figured out the storytelling. So, even though this is good canon, we didn't have a chance to tell that in the storyline Sophie hadn't gained her powers yet. Canonically this takes place around issue two.
