Cain and his Angels have been fiercely targeted for removal by IG for some reason so their comic introducing them and Doris' love Diomede needs to be made soon. Neko here is helping establish these characters and the fun dynamic. My take on the famous Cain is that his curse to wander the earth unable to be killed made him a dirty, lazy, stinky lech. While the vast majority of his time is spent being nothing more than a pile of garbage laying around, he will perv on the Angels sent to protect him as part of his "curse" any time he can. The golden diamonds strategically censoring on parts of the body are a way to indicate that Cain can't possibly take full delight in the Angels, but he does what he can.
