We've all heard the saying "don't threaten me with a good time" and that seems applicable to the pickle Maria finds herself in here.

One of the things that I have to do with Maria, since she technically has no powers, is really lean into the tactical. That's a big deal in her issue 1 where she manages a huge brawl, but in this case, she's alone against a pack of zombies. Of course, she's going to be happy that they're not outright trying to eat her... literally... but figuratively... well... Away we go!

Nearly everything here gets referenced in comics later as well. As always, if a person thinks this is just an orgy, and misses everything that i going on in the story, they're only getting half the picture!

Fun behind the scenes: This was first comic I got my wife involved with the spice. When she giggled at most of the pages, I knew I was appealing to the female perspective too!
