Of course, anyone who knows what Abyzou is ACTUALLY capable of knows she actually is quite scary but she's too dim to use her full potential. She's probably also held back by Hibris who's always making her destroy things and attack people. Left to her own devices she might roll through the city absorbing (dissolving) all the protein she can and becoming huge. Somewhere in the envy metaphor there we have a criticism of consumerism and "keeping up with the Joneses."

Now for a more important question, considering her love of proteins, I've considered concept work of her "taking on several men" for their protein and DNA. Should I include that in her prequel/intro comic? Let me know!
