A little added info: do you remember all the way back to the winter carnival episode? When Cassidy and Mac set up Dick with the Trans escort? And Dick pinned Cassidy to the hood of the car about to pummel him, but Cassidy got him to back off with just words. Those words including "remember Sally?". But we never learn who Sally is/was. We'll, according to the DVD commentary track for that episode we were originally supposed to. Sally was the Casablancas family pet that Cassidy killed. Rob was afraid us having that info would give things away, so cut it. But knowing that Cassidy always had homicidal tendencies and was clearly a psycho might make you think harder about why Dick is the way he is. He had to survive in a house with his a-hole father, his psycho little brother, survive being abandoned by his mother and the importing of a gold digging trophy wife Stepmother. There may actually be layers to his character after all.

I LOVE how much you love this show! So glad you decided to react to it! I was waiting with bated breath for this episode because you hadn’t indicated that you suspected Cassidy at all and your expression was priceless! For the record, Woody WAS blown up on the plane - only Keith was removed from the plane before it took off - Woody remained on it so he was blown up. Also if the love the unexpected twist at the end of a season you should watch Desperate Houswives - the acting is amazing and it takes you by surprise all the time!

Oddly, you did throw out Beaver's name recently as the possible killer but it didn't seem like you were serious 😂 Anyways, it is both impressive and horrifying that he managed to do EVERYTHING (the bus crash, killing Curly and raping V) he did without a single person figuring it out. And the Phoenix Land Trust stuff comes back around; I really hate that Kendall is profiting off of Cassidy's hard work 😒 Once again, you cursed yourself... by saying that MacBeaver was the "glimmering light" in 'Happy Go Lucky' 😜 “My name is Cassidy!” Kyle is SPECTACULAR in that moment; you feel all of his pain... even though he's a fuckin' monster! FUCK AARON ECHOLLS! You asked for an assassin, V wanted an angel... ENTER C.W. (thanks to Donut, who is in hiding out in Australia with Lilly Jr)! 🏖️😇 Eli mentions wanting his grandmother to see him graduate in the flashback at the start of 'Plan B' and also in 'Happy Go Lucky' (right before the young boys ID him as the one who assaulted Thumper). It breaks my heart that he wasn't given the chance to walk across the stage like his peers, he worked so hard to graduate this time around 💔 Jackie said "I learned the birds and the bees the hard way, remember?" to Terrence in 'Look Who's Stalking' (that was your hint for the son that was being raised by her mother in NY) 😉 "A pony?!" 🐎 After all of the burger jokes this season, we finally saw a Woody's Burgers 🍔 Yeah, Sheriff Lamb inadvertently SAVED Keith's life. And for that, we will always be grateful 💙 We missed out on experimenting in college Lilly all because Aaron is a fuckin' misogynistic lunatic! 🌈 Veronica in Logan's arms on the couch (a beautiful callback to the S1 finale, when Logan was in Veronica's arms on the couch). It says A LOT that even in her dream fantasy, she is with Logan... and NOT Duncan! LoVe4EVA! 🥹 “And pepper spray… for if we run into that Trump character” ICONIC!

I've always loved that looking back, this ending was kind of foreshadowed in the S1 finale title... 'Leave it to Beaver'. (While seeming just a nod to a classic tv series.) Because Rob Thomas had long planned that Cassidy would be the killer in S2. Full credit to Kyle Gallner... that we still feel a smidge bad for Cassidy, even though he is truly a monster in disguise. Poor Mac though... my heart breaks for her. The whole 'CW?' / 'It's a done deal.' is a cool double meaning, shout out to fans. Clarence Wiedman (CW) took out Aaron, yay... and the new CW network picked up Veronica Mars for a 3rd Season (from UPN), yay. The rooftop scene is so good... especially when Logan joins the fray. Logan has this genuine soulfulness that really comes through with Veronica. The LoVe was worth the wait. (Even in Veronica's status quo 'normality' dream with her parents and Lilly ... Logan was her boyfriend, not Duncan.) Fully agree... Logan & Veronica are soulmates.

Once again such a great season finale for this show! It's such an unexpected twist, but looking back, it makes so much sense and everything clicks together so well. After seeing this episode there is so much not only from this season but also season 1 that you can never see the same way again. Cassidy is quite complex, somehow one can simultaneously feel bad for everything he went through with his family and Woody and find him absolutely repulsive for everything he's done and doesn't seem to feel any remorse for. Still, his "Why not?" and Logan being unable to say anything in time hits hard, especially thinking of how Logan's mother died. It seems like you missed that only Keith exited the plane, Woody was on it when Cassidy blew it up. So there's no way he is getting away like Aaron did (though not for long thanks to Duncan and Clarence). I can finally comment on something from episode 19. When you talked about how you didn't believe Weevil could be responsible for the bus crash you mention how you would see more probability if the suspicion was on Dick or Beaver. There is, once again, some unintentional foreshadowing with your offhand comments here 😅

This broke my heart for Veronica. It was nice knowing that she did not in fact get raped and this shows that she actually was raped so this broke my heart. Dick is a person I have an issue with… the fact that he was over there encouraging and push his brother to be a “man” to a drunk and unconscious Veronica is disgusting… for me he’s just a difficult character for me to like. This twist with Cassidy character was difficult to watch because I enjoyed him however I would say the twist made sense…. That Duncan reveal was incredible!!!! That’s how you do a return! I miss DuVe 🤷‍♀️ That Keith twist… happy he made it alive.
