Describing 2x16 as a sort of a backdoor pilot for season 3 is so fitting, it really is similar to a backdoor pilot. Fun fact, Tim Foyle (the teaching assistant) is played by the same actor as Lucky from the previous season. Dick might be an unlikable and annoying character who lives up to his name but I like the way they explored his reaction to what happened with Cassidy in this episode. I really like the moment between him and Logan.

New season, new network. Veronica goes to college and meets a character named Parker. Buffy went to college and met a character named Parker. Coincidence? I think not. Duncan's argyle sweater first went to Logan when he moved in with Duncan and now passes to Piz. And Dick having a complete breakdown. Yes, he's on the wrong path but who do you think is going to direct him to the right one? His parents? Gotta love Logan's loyalty. Dick was there for him all through the murder allegations, so he's there for Dick whenever needed.

Ed Green

The professor at the beginning played Linda's ex-husband in Lucifer. Not that I'd expect you to recognise him from such a small role - I only recognise him from his big role in many episodes of another show. - 'Just outside of Portland' is a euphemism used on a different show, so I'm now imagining Piz is from the very strange place it was a euphemism for. - Not sure why anyone would name themselves 'Piz', even if their name is 'Stosh'. Perhaps we'll find out. It reminds me of Hurley in Lost 1x10 saying 'he's not telling' why his nickname is Hurley, which suggests to me he got it from vomiting. Maybe Piz had a urinary issue at some time? Or maybe it's just part of his surname or something. - 'Wary' is cautious'. 'Weary' is tired, like Sideshow Bob, or 'once upon a midnight dreary, as I pondered weak and weary' from The Raven. - Oh my God, they've apparently killed Kendall! Those bastards!

Take Back The Night? Can we take back this season? Honestly, we're so lucky we got the movie and S4 to make up for what you're about to watch. I mean, the new opening credits alone are... 😒 FRAK (Nerds gonna nerd) Patrick Fabian (!!!) AND Jason Beghe (AKA the X-Files' Duchovny's BFF) 😍 James Jordan is back... now as Tim Foyle (I suppose a zombie Tom AKA Lucky would've been too much). You mentioned his hair, that's a wig... to hide the fact we know this actor VERY well 😜 I do know, and that is why I giggled this time when Keith said HOT DOG and had to explain it to V. Because Eleanor says "Hot diggity dog" after kissing Chidi 😂 Oof, that senility joke is rough on rewatch 😬 Piz-off. How apt. I wish Stosh would Piz-off 🙃 I didn't like Parker when this originally aired (I don't like overly friendly people), but after a few rewatches... she might be the best new addition to the cast. And she does not deserve what happened to her, or even how Mac and V treated her before the horrible morning after. She's eighteen, in college, sowing her wild oats... that doesn't make her a whore 💔 It's also nice to see Ryan (Dick) flex those dramatic acting skills 🥹 “A Saturn for a Mars” - Piz “In Neptune. Yeah, the planets really aligned for this one. Now, move Uranus. The Mercury is rising” - Veronica Oddly, both Duncan AND Logan have worn THAT shirt in past seasons 🤪 You understood that Wallace told Piz about Lilly, right? Because you said "friend is a bit of a stretch", who did you think it was? Bye, Kendall/Priscilla (Imagine if Cormac knew she fucked Aaron too). That Fitzpatrick luck doesn't extend to you! 🍀
